Clean Sweep Carpet Care

I contacted Clean Sweep to clean my Mom’s carpet (she has dementia) Rich came out and notice my Mom’s carpet was missing a piece of carpet in the hall way. Rich informed me that he could sew a patch from one of the closets for an extra fee. I agreed, and he came out a an cleaned the carpet. While there Rich looked in closets and noticed the closets did not have matching carpets (why did he not notice that from his estimate visit?) and stated he could not conduct the patching (remember I am paying extra for this service). Well as it turned out there is matching carpet in the hall pantry, however Rich did not bother to look in the pantry. Once informed of matching carpet he wanted to charge my Mom an additional $ 50.00 to come back out and perform what he had already been paid for. Never again will I use his service or any other low life persons again!

Rich and his assistant does a great job not only at my residence but my place of work. Always happy with the final outcome.

Rich was EASY to get ahold of, scheduled conveniently, and showed up right on time!
He progressed through cleaning two couches & an overstuffed chair w ottoman in about 2 hours. We hired them for upholstery cleaning (not carpets).
They pre-​sprayed, used plenty of water to wash & rinse. Cleaned up around the furniture & left this room better than it was before they found it.
Rich worked fast and efficient, clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He worked hard, not skimping or cutting corners.
He brought Brandon to assist him, who was very observant, quick to work, and diligent in all his tasks.
This furniture is about 17 years old… It looks beautiful now !!! Smells good too.

Rich with Clean Sweep Carpet Care is great! He shows up on time and gets the job done quick! I have light tan carpet and two dogs that are inside and my carpets look new and they are over 18 years old! I highly recommend this company. Honest guy that does a great job!
