I love DF&CCO, both this location and Folsom. They only carry brands owned by Loreal, I never knew Loreal owned so many high end cosmetics considering they are a drug store brand. They carry Lancôme, Kheils, and now Urban Decay since the owners sold to Loreal. I was so happy as I love Urban Decay make up. They carry eye shadow palettes, lip gloss, 24⁄7 liners, and lashes. I have found items cheaper at Nordstrom rack or on eBay but this place is much cheaper than Macy’s or Ulta. No Naked palettes though, least that I have seen. I have also gotten great deals on Polo big pony Cologne gift sets for my sons, and the ladies Polo sets for my step daughter. They also sell Gorgio Armani, and Anais Anais. Often around holidays they have an additional 20% off their already reduced prices and even on their clearance items. Lately they have been giving away Lancôme nail polish, lip gloss, or eye shadow quads when you make purchases over $ 30, $ 40, etc… Employees are usually helpful and sweet. Some are more helpful than others but I love that they will call you to notify you of sales, or if one of your favorite items goes on clearance. That’s service! Highly recommend if you like cosmetics, scents, or need to shop for gifts.

As the title indicates, this is a fragrance and cosmetic store. The cosmetic brands I saw offered are mostly owned by L’oreal: Lancome, Kiehl’s, and Yves Saint Laurent. The fragrances I didn’t pay a lot of attention to, but noticed a lot of Cacharel’s Anais, and Ralph Lauren. The store in Vacaville is neat, tidy, well-lit, and everything is priced clearly on counters. Testers are available, including brushes. Higher priced items are in glass cases, which they will assist you with. Staff is helpful, but very supervisory, with all the tiny, very shop-liftable items, so don’t expect to browse in a relaxed fashion. I found the«outlet» concept a little hackneyed, as the Kiehl’s products were just a few dollars off retail, and to my knowledge no products on the shelf were discontinued and deeply discounted. Makeup in the cases was about 15% off retail and ran the gamut. At those prices, however, not worth the trip for me! The best deals to be found were in the back, where they were selling eyeshadow compacts and palettes for 50−60% off outlet store pricing, which was a great deal. Lipsticks, lip glosses, mascaras, and eyeliners were also there. I’m assuming these are older items or discontinued colors. I purchased a Yves Saint Laurent eyeshadow palette for $ 22(retail $ 65) and a Lancome palette for a similar price. You won’t have a fabulous choice of colors, but there are nice items here for a deeply discounted price. Opened up back at home, everything was in good shape and worked well. All sales are final. Definitely worth a try if you are open to purchasing items that may not be he exact brand/color/formula you want, but with the back of the store 50−60% table, the deals can’t be beat for high-end department store makeup.

I’ve used Lancome for years and I’m glad they carry my eyeliner and bronzer! Staff seemed friendly. Wish that they had a better clearance selection. Most of its really dark make up or stuff that’s been sitting around since the last time I was here 3 months ago…

I had a really good experience here. I do understand the no return policy can be frustrating but I just make sure I know what Im buying, and am comfortable with keeping it if I end up not liking it. But the whole store is 15% off retail price and they have great sales on top of that price, like 50%-60% cosmetics.
