Diamond Pools

We finally got a call back. I was informed that me and 110 other people want pools. They are booked through the end of August (a whopping 6 weeks) and will call me then if they can fit me in. The gentleman advised me that if I find someone in the mean time to go ahead with my project elsewhere. Noted.
Talk about the worst business practice ever … Plus the guy had attitude about me calling so many times, only to return my call and tell me they don’t have time for me.
Here’s some tips if anyone at this business reads their reviews:
1) don’t tell people you don’t have time for them. (Wish I remembered his name)! Make an appt give and estimate and set a start date, even if it’s months out people will wait. It’s construction everyone knows it’s not an over night process.
2) if you are that busy get more estimators. Pull your best laborers up and make them foremen so you can run more crews.
3) be organized. Know your work timeline at all times, my husbands company is booked out but they can always tell you a start date. They have four whiteboard calendars on the wall to track which crew is going where when. If you choose to wait or go with another company it is then up to you.
This business could be run so much better.
