The office staff are extremely unprofessional. If your voice appears to be of an ethnic group or minority they assume you are on Partnership (Medical). it didn’t matter that I was already a patient of theirs and they had my insurance information in my profile. The fact that they asked me if I was on Welfare was racial profiling. I cancelled the appointment once I found out what «Partnership» was after I hung up and googled it. I will take my daughter and my insurance else where.
