Five Star Transport & Limousine

Worst experience EVER. They arrived LATE on the night of our prom, saying that the limo was overheated and that they had known since earlier that day. They said they couldn’t help us and left. We had to find another company, who wasn’t free until 8:30. We arrived 2 hours late to our 4 hour prom! They ruined our whole night, and totally took advantage of us just because we are teenagers.
When I called them to try and voice my concerns, a rude Indian man yelled at me and said «I could die tomorrow. There’s no predicting that.» And used that as an excuse of why it was okay that the limo was not working. He was rude and began yelling very quickly, not even trying to listen to me.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They ruined our prom night.
