It’s only 7pm and it closes at 10pm and no more glazed donuts?!?

Always great donuts at any Krispy Kreme but the customer service at this location was great. They were helpful with a positive energy.

Pros: Fresh, hot, and tasty. Service was friendly. Cons: A little pricey, but it’s just the location.

UNORGANIZED! &SLOW! Didn’t have any donuts when they opened. As a business you should be prepared and fully stocked when you open your doors. RIDICULOUS!

Perhaps I should have known by the size of this location, but this place doesn’t make donuts. I arrived this morning at 5:25am as they opened at 5:30am so I could grab my carbs and run, but they hadn’t had their«delivery» yet. So I waited(and took pictures)…until a truck backed up to the front of the store.(and kept taking pictures) Just outside the door were 5 covered racks of empty trays. The man from the truck unloaded 5 covered racks full of donuts and loaded the empty racks in to his truck. Directly from the(covered) racks, the trays were unloaded in to the clear display case. The«glazing» conveyor belt setup is used only on the originals. So they’re made in Concord and delivered via truck to this location.

I came to this location the other night after a delicious dinner at Noodle Company just down the way. First off, I wish Krispy Kreme would give you a better deal for a half dozen vs a full dozen. The way they do it it’s like an extra $ 2 to upgrade to a dozen, but sometimes I just don’t need that many donuts at once, but anyways… I was checking out their holiday specials and asking some questions about what they were filled with. The guy told us that the santa belly donuts were filled with chocolate, and the snowmen were filled with«dissapointment» or nothing. I found that to be quite hilarious! And took that as a warning to NOT get the snowman donut. I decided that I would try a santa belly, a red velvet donut, and my favorite chocolate with holiday sprinkles! I’m not the biggest fan of red velvet, but decided that I wanted to try it in donut form, because who would I be if I didn’t at least TRY it. I like this location a lot better than the Concord location for one main reason — the customer service is WAY better! I would definitely choose this location over that one any day.

Yay donuts and Starbucks next door. Why not. Love the fun seasonal donuts. Quick line, clean restroom, and easy parking oh yes.

The 2 stars was given only because the employee seemed nice and apologetic when my family and I arrived 2 hours before closing and there were only about a dozen doughnuts to choose from, otherwise I would have given no stars. Totally disappointed! If your buisness is open untill ten then have enough product for your customers

This review is for the Vacaville location. Krispy Kreme! The fresh delectable pastries are too delicious to pass up when you’re out and about around town. Krispy Kreme opens pretty early just like any other coffee shop in this area and stays open late enough to get your sweet fix on after work. If I could eat a dozen donuts and not gain a pound, I would. My favorites are the chocolate and the classic glass of course. Krispy Kreme is a coffee shop that I could never grow weary of visiting.

I don’t care what anyone says… I love Krispy Kreme! i used to drive to the Concord location before this place opened. Ive come here at all times of the day and night even on special days when they are busy. The staff has always been friendly and work well under pressure like on the big sale days when the line is out the door. :)

I’m not that big of a fan of krispy kreme, I personally think their donuts could be more fluffy but that’s based off my own personal preference. Individual donuts are 1.49, so don’t walk in expecting 99cent donuts – but the nice thing is, if you buy 1 dozen glazed you get the second dozen for a buck(according to the advertisement on their door). This location is clean, but there’s not much sitting space inside or outside. The workers seem very tired, no one was smiling. Maybe we should tell corporate to give them free coffee? :(

If you want the best experience, come early in the day. When you come early in the day the doughnuts are fresh and warm. If you go there and it’s almost time to close, you’ll get some almost stale doughnuts. They say Krisp Kreme is too sweet, but I’m a fan of the classic chocolate doughnut. You really can’t go wrong with that one. The filled doughnuts are too rich for my tastes and although they’re always tempting, I stay clear from those because I’m usually disappointed. I find their coffee not very good, but when you pair it with their doughnuts they’re great.

More expensive than your traditional donuts but worth every penny. Original glazed donut is the way to go.

I always loved getting donuts from Krispy Kreme since I was a kid. They used to sell them at church every Sunday. I think that was the best part.

Krispy Kremes are best when there fresh off the glazer. We like just plain ones. Coffee is not bad also.

What??? It’s 5:00 pm and you have no lemon filled, no chocolate sprinkles, no chocolate glazed!!! Are you kidding me?!? And there are five more people behind me?!? Terrible terrible terrible! They are waiting for a delivery of more later tonight?!? Waaaaaaahhhh. I’m not sure when this location opened, but they need to get their supply and demand under control! I just stopped here on my way back to Sacramento, but I’m not coming back here anymore. I’m going back to the one in my area. :P

Every once in awhile, typically when facing two more hours in a car before I hit my destination, I find myself compelled to consume junk food. Conveniently, next door to my dinner location and on my way to get coffee on the other side of the parking lot, lay Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. I’m not a chocolate fan but yum! I love their crème filled but the original with the chocolate icing and sprinkles always wins me over. The wifey can grab custard filled(which she loves) and I can indulge in sprinkle covered sugar and dough. So quick and easy and the staff is helpful. Asking how many we want and trying to score us the best deal. Dropping in close to holidays always makes for an additional laugh as they creatively decorate their donuts to match the approaching holiday. Red and green sprinkles at Christmas may be flavored the same as the usual but I swear they taste better due to the coloration and theming!

I am a sucker for a anything decorative or theme-inspired so it’s no surprise that I squealed with fright and delight over the recent Halloween-decorated donuts that I saw:) I don’t remember Krispy Kreme doing that in the past to any of their donuts, but I love it! I recommend coming here to spruce up anyone’s holiday spirit(and yes, the trend is on, they had Pumpkin Spice donuts). This location is very small. I think I only saw two tables. So, take-out is the best option. The servers are friendly and patient with squealers. My server grabbed my donuts from the bake tray in the back, not the case. I thought they must be fresher from there. Other reviews said the donuts are not made fresh on-site. I am confused then. My donuts were soft and tender though.

Who can say no to donuts? Not I!!! LOL. So I’ve tried this place twice already at this location and have enjoyed every single item I selected. Let me tell you it’s a decent selection but it’s not that crazy of amount in variety. The displace cases actually have several rows/aisles of the same kind of a donut. So the new one I got to try was the Banana Pudding one. Looks similar to the Apple one from a few months back but still tasty! Also my go to are the blueberry and chocolate cake donuts. I like the thicker ones a bit better but regardless… it’s YUMMY!!! Be aware if you go at certain times the line will be endless so be patient but the cashiers are fast and friendly and you get in and out fairly quickly. Unless your like me and spend forever pondering over what dozen to choose. I can never just pick one or two. Fatty for life.
