Although they handled my father’s funeral well, the billing practiced by this company is designed to profit as much as possible. It was probably in the contract, but I did not pick up on the fact they bundle funerals in packages. Just like a car dealer, if a buyer wants heated seats, the buyer must pay for a sunroof as well. In other words, I was charged for things I did not use. Specifically, I was charged $ 85 for 100 memorial cards, which at my request was not printed. Disgusting business practice!
