McDonald’s

Didn’t get my two apple pies, the sweet tea was not a dollar, asked for a variety of sauces for my chicken nuggets and they failed, and we wanted multiple sweet teas, but they ran out (ever heard of making more?). Never go to this McDonald’s. Worst one ever. Go to one of the many others nearby.

Best McDonald’s in Vacaville. I won’t go anywhere else. The gentleman who is the General Manager there is very concerned about making sure his team provides quick, quality, superior, service.
I live closer to the Alamo location. I WILL NOT GO THERE. Even for convenience I will not go to any other location in Vacaville. If you want the best location in Vacaville, this is it. Fresh, fast, friendly service. I’m never unhappy anytime I go to this location.

never go to this mcdonald’s ever they have rude employees that yell at customers and do false advertising. then when you talk to a manager they refuse to give you there name or the corporate office phone number!!! please stay away and never return!!!

It’s a McDonald’s people…
Everything is pretty standard, I think their customer service here is a lot better than other McDonald’s I’ve been to. One problem though, if you’re in the drive through and order a sweet tea, make sure they actually gave you a sweet tea! They always give me regular by mistake~UGH

One of the worst place I have been too… Manager has no customer service and she didn’t care about the customers. They mess up our orders too.

Mcdonalds Is a reliable place to go for food you can always count on there service! But sometimes when i go inside (Not there fault but could improve) there is like no line so we we the people were confused who went next! But there FRENCH FRIES are fabulous!!! There always soft and salty it taste amazing i do enjoy there #3

Do these people ever get an order right. Geez every time I come to this location there’s always something they get wrong! Every time!

Always fast. Friendly staff especially the young lady that tells you to have a blessed day. Food tastes like it should. I will be back next week.

Eh. I stop here when I don’t have time to eat before work but every time I have come here one of the managers and the runner in the drive thur are always preoccupied with their own conversation. Wouldn’t bother me so much if they were talking about what they were doing last night and dropping F-​bombs every other word. Super in professional!

Most fast food restaurants should have more than one order board. This one has two.
Nice play area for the kiddies too. Awful parking lot for those wanting to leave the area though if the drive thru is backed up. But hey, they offer $ 1 any size soft drink. Worth a small gamble… very small.

Life moves fast and sometimes food needs to be.
When you are driving for three hours and are just really trying to get home, stop here. Super quick, same quality you would expect from any other location.

won’t be going to this one again!!! I get upset every time I go there. From rubber cold fries to not getting the whole order to not feeling I am valued .This last time they lost me over fat free salad dressing instead of fattening sauce. I think it only would have cost an extra 50 cents to keep me satisfied! I call corporate and no call back. There are more fries around for my grandson. Lets see how many times a month I would go X 12. This is how much they will loose. X years of lost business. All for a 50 cents… you loose hundreds.

Total bad management
I waited for the well dressed, well presented gal in blue to instruct the gal on the register. After saying ‘NO’ to a large coffee with my order I waited for her to figure out the register. minutes later I left. McDonald’s get a better process!

It was a pit stop in Vacaville. I didn’t exspect too much. The Drive through was quick and the order was correct.

Meh. I’ve experienced better.
There are three reasons why I give this particular location 1 star. I’m not generalizing McDonald’s as a whole just this location. Here are the reasons I’m giving it one star.
1. There were three instances where I’ve went there and they haven’t stocked up on their iced coffee. which is the main reason i go there. Their vanilla iced coffee is the bomb, I don’t care what you starbuckians think, I prefer this to your overpriced bean juice. But it can be the best tasting iced coffee around. it won’t matter if it’s not made!
2. The people that work at this particular location like to disappear whenever they feel like and leave notes on the drive through window saying they’ll be back in 30 minutes… which was posted like 15 minutes ago. So I decided to wait in the parking lot adjacent to the location, came back 20 minutes later and they still aren’t there! I decided to just wait another 10 minutes and well. let’s just say they were nowhere to be found. like I was lost in the twilight zone or something. I wouldn’t make a big deal about this until it happens more than once.
3. This is what pissed me off the most. They serve this breakfast platter thing and in the picture it shows hash browns, pancakes and eggs with a few slices of bacon. I ordered it and paid what was advertised (I checked my receipt later on to verify that I haven’t completely lost my marbles). So I arrived at work and low n behold there’s no PANCAKES! I’m pissed because that’s really the big reason I bought it in the first place! So I’m fuming but I can’t do nothing about it since it’s like 20 minutes away from work and I couldn’t leave even if I wanted to.
So I came back the next day and I asked well what’s going on with this. where’s my pancakes woman! She said you have to order it in a particular way. You have to say I want the breakfast platter «with pancakes»! OMG seriously lady! So you advertise the platter on your big shining screen with pancakes at this particular price then once we actually order it we have to know to ask for pancakes and then jack up the price? Me thinks someone just got played.
In conclusion I will be coming by here again since It’s basically the only location nearby. but every time I do I feel like I’m choosing between convenience and quality. Is it too much to ask for both?

Not too much parking, but enough. The WiFi doesn’t work. Place seems clean. Nice décor for a McDonald’s. The food is ok.

I had the 10 piece Chicken McNugget meal here for lunch and the chicken nuggets and fries were hot and really good. :) The lady that took my order was really nice and the order was completed very quickly even though it was lunch time. The restrooms were clean and well maintained here as well.
