Pizza Guys

I have been ordering from Pizza Guys for more years than I can remember. I ordered online tonight. Big mistake.
First they were out of the toppings for the pizza… Italian Sausage. That was the only topping. They waited 30 mins from when we ordered to call and tell us. Than their idea to fix it was change it to a ground beef pizza. Really???
So we canceled our order. I made other dinner arrangements and went to check the charges on my card. Pizza Guys did not cancel the sell. So I called back and the person (Jasmin) told me because it was an online order that they would have to call corporate to reverse the charges. I said fine, call corporate and let them know that the order was canceled because you ran out of a popular topping and than could not reverse the charges, because that was going to be my phone call. Put on hold again… without warning. Than she came back and said the owner would call in 45 mins.
Ok so is the information going to corporate or is the local franchise owner in charge of this. Maybe the story should get straight.

ok let me start off by saying ive been a loyal pizza guys customer for 10 years +.always the one on marshall road vacaville it went under new management a while ago :(but still we’ve hung in there despite small unfortunate changes in quality .but my experience this evening may change everything .i called in my order for pick up and the extremely rude jerk who took my order basically made me feel like i irritated him forcalling. whatever i let it go .but when i get there the idiots voice struck a nerve the minute i heard it. its sunday 5÷29÷16 @ 9:30ishpm.to the only white /​caucasian employee that i saw in there tonight you need an attitude adjustment your voice is rude your customer service sucks and honestly your lucky
u havent offended the wrong person .!learn how to not be a dick when your dealing with customers at your place of employment before you make pizza guys lose customers. sorry that the only description of u i can use is negative but tonight it was proven on the phone and then in person… pizza guys, train him on how to speak to customers or lose him… until then i dont think i will be back anytime soon. sad how it takes 1 persons bad cust. service to makea customer feel this way…

Terrible. I really don’t know how Pizza Guys rate 4 stars. The dough is flattened by machine, then cooked in a conveyor oven. The tomato sauce is disgusting, The cheese is definitely second rate. I think Little Caesar is slightly tastier.
The name «Pizza Guys» implies more than one founder, You’d think that between them they could come up with a better product.

Best of the chain pizza joints in town. Workers are seriously the best very friendly. Food is quality. If you are thinking pizza, order from these guys please. It will be worth it.

Will never order from here again. It was my First time ordering paid $ 69. For 2 pizza and bread sticks. Was told it would take 45 min. After an hour I called to find out where my pizza was and was told the pizza had just come out of the oven and was barely going out for delivery. This was on a Monday I’d hate to see what a weekend is like.

food arrived luke-​warm; seemed like the fresh tomatoes were put on after the ‘za was already cooked, same with olives and Canadian bacon. Crust was soft, not crispy; boneless chicken wings were nothing to brag about. IMHO, Domino’s is better. So far, the worst pizza in Vacaville.

Great friendly service, quick delivery, also the only pizza place in Vacaville to deliver to Midway paintball field. A must try. pizza is cheesy very yummy with the creamy garlic sauce.

I love their pizza! I have been ordering from them for over 5 years now. I usually take delivery and forfeit the free liter of soda or half pint of ice cream. Just so you know the coupons for the free soda or ice cream are usually good for pick up only.
I only order pizza but they do have other things on the menu. My favorite is pepperoni with black olives and mushrooms which comes with the tastiest red sauce. The pizza bread is always perfectly cooked and never soggy. If you like the end pieces like me know that they are tasty too.
It normally only takes about a 20 minute wait once you order (I order over the phone). If they get backed up during peak times like Superbowl, they will let you know. This place is just a kitchen with no seating (not a full restaurant) inside a very interesting strip mall.

Love their pizza! They are my favorite pizza place in town! All the other places are just ok or its hit and miss, but they have made it great every time I’ve ordered from them. I recommend them and the also support special causes such as breast cancer and others! Major plus!!!

Ok so the Manager called me and apologized for what happened and made us feel a lot better about the situation.

Had a coupon. Purchased a large California Chicken and Garlic pizza and got a free medium Pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter bottle of soda. Total $ 22.34.
Ordered items was told would be ready is 20 minutes. 20 minutes later pizzas were being boxed for me.
I got help taking everything to the car which was nice.
Very nice people.
I’d go there again.

First off great customer service. Nice young people. Delivery time for literally accross the street is usually a half hour… That’s about the only issue I have with them. Go flat crust!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! (FOOD WASNT GREAT BEFORE BUT ATLEAST THE SERVICE WAS DECENT)
I am very disappointed with the management and staff at this Vacaville location. We live right around the corner and order pizza almost weekly from this location. Since there is a new owner we have seen a change in the staff they are disorganized, rude and don’t seem to know what to do. Our order is typically wrong now and worse we have been accused 3 times of ordering pizza and not picking it up. Both times the staff/​manager was VERY RUDE to us, then retracting his statement saying it was someone else! However this last time he accused us again. My husband asked for the manager and he insisted that was him. He then insisted that there was no one else we could talk to and refused to serve us. The lobby was full of people looking at us like we had done something wrong — embarrassing! We liked it when Ty was there — he seemed to have a good crew and took care of customers. We have no reason to not pick up a pizza. After this awful experience we will no longer go there! The food quality has gone down and the service is AWFUL. I would NOT recommend Pizza Guys to anyone — they treat loyal customers like crap. No excuses! DONT GO HERE!

Absolutely horrible experience! We ordered online and then called the location just to be sure our order was correct and taken care of. Then, when the delivery guy gets here… all of the sudden we have NOT paid online and owe cash, even though we have a reference number and called for verification beforehand.
The delivery guy was extremely nice and accommodating and called his manager who insisted we still needed to pay. So, we did. But we wanted a call from the manager to explain why we had to pay cash. The food was at least hot, but all the sauces were wrong. So we had to eat everything with ranch instead of the sauces I specifically ordered.
When the manager calls back, he could not explain why «the online payment» said we did pay, yet his location was showing that we dis not pay. Either way, it would take 48 hours to get at least one of our double payments back. We asked for the district manager’s phone number… and then he hung up on us.
In a nutshell… Mountain Mike’s Pizza is much better tasting, cheaper, and at least knows the meaning of customer service!!!

Pizza Guys pizza is alright, however there’s a glitch in there online ordering system so if you’re trying to order any type of extra dipping sauce you have to call and let them know to add it to your order. I’ve been jipped twice by this error!!!

The pizza is pretty good for the price. Recently they have hired new people it seems and they aren’t as friendly as the original people/​owner used to be. He is still there but it seems like his attitude has changed a bit.

We have been ordering at this location for over 10 years. I had a problem with Ty’s (the managers cousin) insulted my mom over nothing. I went down there and handled the issue, I told this «Akram» what for. The next Friday we ordered the manager apologized profusely and admitted he had 14 other complaints in accordance with ours. We always get out pizza delivered. I have never had a problem since i don’t deal with them. We recently changed house phone numbers, the pizza guys in vacaville doesn’t have the new number nor my cell phone. This is what happened today:
So the driver for the pizza said he was here so I came outside. He wasnt here he threatened my life. I called 911 and thought I was joking! So the cop just got here and was a total asshole. He said it was my fault because I cussed at him. I told the driver he was a effing scam and I was calling 911. The asshole cop just said hes on his way to deal with pizza guys of vacaville and not to order from there anymore since it’s a problem. He said it was just some young punk kid. So the fact that he threatened my life doesn’t matter?! But VACAVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT said it was my fault because I cussed at the driver out even though he cussed at me first! I will never be ordering here again, not to mention we got our pizza 2 hours late! DO NOT GO HERE EVER! AND YOUNG WOMEN OR WOMEN OF ANY AGE, PROTECT YOURSELF AND ARM YOURSELF AGAINST THIS DRIVER WHOSE NUMBER IS 773 603 1880! THIS DRIVER LINKED TO THIS PHONE NUMBER IS DANGEROUS AND SHOULD BE IN PRISON!

The Friendliest, most reasonably priced & consistent ‘takeout’ Pizza in Vacaville. I’ve long since moved out of the area but will always make a trip when in the area visiting family (Football, UFC’s, Pacquiao Fights, etc…). The worker (I believe his name is Ty?) always remembers me when I carry-​out (who can resist a free 2 Liter for pickup?). Anyway, I’ve yet to be disappointed & I’ve gone to this particular location dozens of time. Quality + consistency + great service is more than deserving of a 5 star rating. Keep up the great work guys!

Although it’s what I call budget pizza (nothing like Round Table or Mountain Mikes) they have great prices and pretty good pizza with some great incentives.
I ordered online and when they delivered my pizza it was not how I ordered it. I called them and let them know and they said the next time my pizza will be ½ off. So the next time I ordered a pizza online I went in to pick it up and I mentioned that it should be ½ off but the guy said that he couldn’t do it because I paid online, so NEXT time don’t pay online and they will give me ½ off… really? lol OK so the NEXT (next) time I ordered my pizza over the phone and went in to pick it up it was ½ off.
All is well in my World, but now after all that damn pizza, I have indigestion. I’m on break from pizza for awhile and it’s all their fault j/​k.

People keep saying its good but really? come on thats like saying dominos or pizza hut is real good…
theres two classes of pizza… there real pizza and then theres fast food pizza… pizza guys, round table, mountain mikes, dominos, pizza hut, there all fast food pizza…
