Senesac Window and Door

D.M. here with another great review for Joe Senesac. To be sure, I’ve been a customer of his for a long, long time. So when I have a problem, I call Joe. This time the problem was with the door handle. It kept coming off. No matter how much I tightened it down, it would not keep from falling off when opening and closing the door. Joe came by and quickly diagnosed the problem – the piece that handle screwed into was manufactured too short. In about 10 minutes, he manufactured a new piece and there is no way that handle is going to fall off again. And just like last time, he adjusted the swing of the door because he didn’t like the way it closed. So if you are looking for someone to replace or repair your windows or doors, Joe is the man!
