Ted with Solano Windshield Repair is great!!! I had not dealt with a shattered window, he talked me through the different options and made sure the glass he had matched my windows. I had an appointment booked for the next morning and he called back a little while later saying he had an opening. Came to my work!!! the same day — fixed my window as good as new in about an hour for a very reasonable price and it looks as good as new! Definitely recommend — he knows what he’s doing!

I got a chip on my windshield from my morning commute, called Ted and he was at my work by 10:30am. He was able to complete the repair even though I had to run to a meeting at 11am. Thank you so much for the prompt response, the professionalism, the quality repair job.

I happened across Ted from Solano Windshield Repair while he was working on another customer’s car in a parking lot. I got his card and called him to schedule repairing three small rock chips on my Ford CMAX. We settled on a time where he would come to my home. He showed up EXACTLY on time and was incredibly efficient in performing the repairs, and very patient with me while I was juggling my two kids and looking for my insurance information. Ted even got on my phone with my insurance claims department and set up the claim so the deductible was waived and SWR would directly bill my insurance. No money out of pocket at all for me! He’s a very pleasant person to talk to. Incredibly knowledgeable, and will explain exactly what he is doing and what to expect for the result. As a bonus he used to be an auto mechanic so he can handle some work other mobile windshield repair technicians cannot. Bottom line it was very fortuitous I discovered him in that parking lot.

We discovered a crack in our windshield after driving back from Reno. Our mistake was waiting 2 weeks to repair it. I called Solano Windshield Repair and spoke with Ted. He is extremely professional and even allowed me to text him pictures of the crack to determine if it could be repaired or needed a full replacement. It needed to be fully replaced and we set an appointment that went smoothly. The work was done at my residence. A few weeks later, the rear view mirror fell off the windshield. We called and within the same day they were here to fix the issue. I’d recommend them to anyone. Easy, fast, and convenient!

Just had my windshield replaced this morning right here inside my garage, isn’t that cool? They did a clean and awesome job. Ted, really knows what his doing. I will surely contact them again if I will have chip or any problem with my windshield. And the best thing is that, the price is just right.
And as for my own opinion, we should support and appreciate this small businesses here in our hometown, they’re just doing an honest job here and for sure they will give you a superb service.

I used the service today and it was awesome! I was just interested in making sure my windshield chip didn’t get bigger. Their schedule worked out so I didn’t have to pay for a same day appointment. And the repair is so good the chip disappeared! I will definitely use these guys again
