The Organic Countertop

There were 2 HAIRS IN 2 SEPARATE DISHES we ordered from the Organic Countertop’s food truck at the Berryessa Brewing company this past Saturday, February 20. Unfortunately my husband didn’t notice the first hair until almost finishing the pulled pork sandwich, which I brought to show them anyway. The chef was extremely INDIGNANT & RUDE, going so far as to accuse us of finishing most of the sandwich before bringing it over, as if we were attempting to pull some kind of fast one on them. There were no apologies made. I requested a substitute dish, the hot dog Mac n cheese, which they acted PISSED OFF about, which AGAIN CAME WITH A HAIR! We noticed it right away & presented it to the staff.
This time the chef demanded to see the hair & then accused my husband of planting the hair when he asked for our $ back. The chef said, you didn’t pay for the Mac n cheese, to which my husband said, well I paid for the sandwich with the hair. The chef said he didn’t have any hairs on him but told my husband he had black hair, color of hair on food. But we literally had just sat down with the dish. Plus, who wants to take bites of multiple hairy food dishes & return them? Seriously.
So if u want to experience MEDIOCRE FOOD, RUDENESS, AND HAIRS IN YOUR FOOD TRY THE ORGANIC COUNTERTOP. HAIRS GUARANTEED NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER!

This fine establishment has been at my favorite brewery. They serve some mighty fine loaded mac and cheese. It has to be their signature dish. Think mac and cheese on another level. Not only is it great but over the top! they Serve it with bacon and pulled pork then fry it on cooktop to achieve that genius crust. Amazing! It took me two times before I could fully understand the complexity that this dish is. So darn tasty.

Yummy! The veggie Mac & Cheese is delicious! My experience is on the gorgeous Jan 31 day at Berryessa Gap Brewery.

Sitting here at Heretic Brewing Company and ordered from the food vendor Organic Countertop. Man were we pleasantly surprised! We ordered the Italian Sausage and the signature Famous Loaded Mac.
The Italian Sausage was very flavorful for a mild sausage with peppers and onions. I enjoyed very much. The main dish for this place is the Loaded Mac and Cheese though, cheese, macaroni, bacon, and pulled pork all grilled together in an explosion of flavor! Wonderful!
You can tell the cook and assistant are new to this, but if this is what they came up with early in their career, I can’t wait until they get a proper food truck and go crazy with it!
