Or move ?? The last time I was over there, they were not !!!

A very bad experience. As I entered the store, the manager, a woman, was standing behind the far counter hollering, at her employee who was standing with his head down at a side counter. This manager continued to verbally berate this poor man and screamed at him about what he needs to do, she was so angry and heated she never noticed I walked in and was almost upon her. She saw me, stopped in mid-​verbal assault of her sales personnel and quickly apologized to me. I was so taken by this and felt so bad for that employee who was being harassed, verbally belittled, and insulted in public on the sales floor. I went over to him asked him to help me which he did, he was very kind, very considerate and help me with my purchase. Its too bad some people in power don’t know how to treat their staff…

The staff sucked. My boyfriend and I went to look at engagement rings and I asked where the bands were to go with the ring and he told me they were in another part of the store… okay? Go show me where they are but no he didn’t. We left. Eff that

This place ultra sucked.
You are right the staff is not knowledgeable.
They were friendly and would do anything to get my sale.
I picked out a pair of earrings and was ringing it up when they explained that I could add on something for free that was worth $ 50 with this coupon so I picked out a pair of earrings for my niece. First pair, the metal was bent so bad it was no longer recognizable as a heart shape. Second pair, as he was trying to place it in the box, he broke it and it fell apart. At this point, I am thinking their stuff is so janky that I can’t even walk out the door with it in one piece. So I asked them to reverse the charge on my credit card and keep the jewelry. I am SO GLAD THAT I DID THAT. Seriously pretty junky low quality stuff.

The staff did not seem very knowledgable. The store has some great sales but I’ll personally head to the Ultra in Folsom instead.
