I actually had issues changing my unit to a bigger size the day after I leased a 5×5 unit. I was told by the customer service lady that called to confirm my online reservation for the larger unit that I could not get the internet price because I already had the a unit even though I held the larger unit online and paid the in store price for the 5×5 the day prior which I had yet to move anything into. She also stated that I could not change to the larger one and pay the difference. I’d have to just take a loss on the money paid for the 5×5 and then lease the new unit at the IN STORE PRICE ONLY and at full price, I could not get the $ 1 deal on the larger unit if it was under my name. Additionally I’d have to pay the fees I paid the day prior for the 5×5 which were are then would be AGAIn $ 9.99 for the first of the monthly insurance charges plus a $ 24 one time administration fee. I stated that I would just have someone reserve it online in their name and then none of these fees would be applicable, the rep stated yes that would be the only way I could upgrade and avid the charges I stated. I thought that was ridiculous and ended that conversation. I did reserve another larger unit under a family members name and listed myself as a authorized user. I avoided over 250 in charges but did lose the money I paid for the 5×5 fees. IF NANCY hadn’t been the person who showed and leased the ew unit I would have rated my experience a 0 BUT NANCY was truly a game changer and worth giving the terrible experience 10 stars! You would think she owned the place with the care and concern she put into both her responsibilities for the company and us the client.
Thank you Nancy for caring about your level of professionalism not because it is your job or because you are being paid but because, as it was obvious, you care about the way you treat others and have integrity in the actions you take as an individual. The actions you take as a person make you a rare employee that any company would be lucky to have.

I have been using a competitor for the last 4 years and have been quite pleased. However, the rates got quite high so I thought I’d shop around. The search engine brought me to several websites where I could compare prices/​sizes/​amenities/​promos. I easily made a reservation on PS website and within the hour met Nancy at the facility. She is friendly, courteous, professional and engaging. She made sure that she had the best space available for my needs. She went over all pricing and contract specifications: made copies of everything.
I highly endorse this facility and feel very comfortable with its security measures.

I made an online reservation and made an appointment to secure the unit. When I arrived I was told the unit was no longer available even though my reservation was good through the end of the week. No one took responsibility for mistake… would not recommend this business!

The online advertised unit sizes vary dramatically from actual sizes. And the caretakers and management don’t care! Check for yourself.

This is a very clean and tidy storage facility. Nancy was so efficient and friendly that the sign up and move in experience was a breeze. Thank you!
