I have been going to BE&Q for almost 2 years now and every time I need an appointment they always get me in right away and never fail to amaze me with their amazing customer service and ability to do any design I ask for! It is most definitely worth the drive for anyone in Tucson! Since the first day I decided to walk into BE&Q I was impressed and treated like family and its been the same ever since! Go to BE&Q you won’t be disappointed!

I totally love this place. I found ti when I moved to Vail 2 years ago. their prices are fantastic, less than any other salon I have been to in Tucson. They all do an excellent job but Be, Nancy, and Quan are my favs if they are available. They are awesome about copying nail design I find on Pintrest and want to try. I have noticed their selection of regular nail polish could be a little better but I typically get gel so it isn’t an issue for me. The sea salt add on for Pedicures is totally worth the $ 5 upcharge. They offer OPI gel and have matching polish for toes if you just want regular polish for your pedicure. They are always busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait a bit, usually 15 – 30 minutes. Their pedi chairs and stations were all remodeled a few months ago. I also use them for eyebrow waxing, Be does an awesome job

I have now been twice to this shop and my nails always turn out nice. I do have one complaint and that is they did a design on my toes and charged me without me asking. It looks nice but I would have gone without for the money. Overall everyone is very friendly and they do a good job. Sea salt scrub is extra which stinks, it is not at the shop I used to go to. Not bad though!

I have been going to Be & Q for my pedicure’s since they opened out here in Vail … and have always gotten quality service. I have my favorites, but they all do a good job and are reasonably priced. Be, Quan, Nancy and the team are super people. You almost feel like extended family, super nice and they try to accommodate everyone. If it gets busy you will have to wait, but typically I will let them know I am waiting and then run down to Walgreen’s if I can’t sit still. They just recently got all new chairs/tables and the place looks fantastic. I have done waxing there before for my eyebrows and do recommend only having Be do it(not sure who else is licensed) PS — The sea salt add on is worth it when you have the time!

Every time I come here for a walk in I wait about 45 minutes so I decided to make an appointment here for 12 pm to avoid the wait. I showed up at 12 and still had a 30 minute wait although the lady did make up for it by giving me 5 dollars off my nails but do not come here if you have somewhere to be afterwards.

I love this place. They are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. They do get busy but you can get a same day appointment and typically don’t have to wait too long. Waxing services are great too!

Amazing place to go to for nails — especially for those of us that live out here in Vail. I usually call and make a same day appointment and get in as soon as I pick out my polish color. Pricing is average. Mani/pedi is $ 35. A gel polish mani adds on $ 10, but they last up to TWO weeks! The nails techs do a get job and are very careful if you have delicate nails or skin.

I have been going to BE&Q Nails for pedicures for at least three years since my nail tech(who does great silk wraps) in Tucson doesn’t have the ability. I have maybe had one less-than-nice experience in that time. For the most part, I walk in without an appointment, typically on Sunday’s when I can carve out the time, and have rarely had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. I love the friendliness of the technicians and I know because I’m a «regular»(if you count on average every six weeks regular) they seem genuinely pleased to see me – and I like that! Tomorrow, I’m making my first appointment to get a full set of gel nails: D

The pedicure was just ok. My feet doesn’t feel pampered. There was a loud Worker lady working on a customer and in my business. I just wanted to leave. the nail design was horrible. I took it off when I got home.

I did not have a good experience here from the moment I walked in the door there were people waiting. My step daughter was in town from school and we wanted to get our nails done. I felt I was some where I didn’t belong. The nail text took my step daughter first and by the time they called me back they were putting my daughter under the blue light to dry her nails. The techs weren’t very friendly after such a long process and so so nail job I was still generous and gave a tip but I will not be back. I may live in Vail but driving to Tucson for better customer service is worth it.

I dropped in on the day before Mother’s day and the waiting room was packed. I was so worried that I would have to drive to Tucson to get my nails done but they said it would not be long, so I decided to try it out. My daughter and I got in pretty quick considering how busy it was! I had a mani/pedi done and it was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. I decided to finally try out the gel polish and love it! I will definitely be back!

It’s so convenient to have a nail place in Vail! I’ve only been here twice for a mani/pedi but I got the same tech both times and she remembered me which was nice. I got the gel polish the second time and so glad I did. Its been two weeks and the only problem I have is that my nails have grown out… it hasn’t chipped at all which is surprising because I was on vacation last weekend and went scuba diving and zip lining, etc. Haven’t quite decided if it is worth the $ 10 since my nails grow so quickly but they aren’t lying when they say it’ll last at least two weeks.

do not have christina do your nails, twice she really hurt me-this past time she had to use styptic solution on 2 nails-blood and bleeding she drilled too much-they hurt for 3 days… she cuts too much off during the pedicure-my toes were cut up and sore. be will not give a discount if you get hurt or are dissatisified… don’t bother making an appointment, you will still wait and wait. was very happy here until recently… be has had me get up in the middle of manicure to go to a second person-this is so not acceptable! sorry, not going back.

This is the best place for a pink and white nail job that I have found in Tucson. You can’t beat their prices or customer service. They do tend to get busy so make an appointment.

For those of us that live out here in the Rancho Del Lago, this is the closest place to go to get your nails done. It’s a very nice place with great service and nice people. I really love getting pedicures at Be & Q Nail! Sometimes they get over loaded with customers and you have to wait a while(even if you make an appointment), but mostly you can get in quickly.
