Fitz was amazing! Very polite, flexible, and efficient. Plans changed a few times on where to meet and every single time he was more than willing to accommodate. Also doesn’t attempt to rip you off at all. Prices are very reasonable and he is even open about what the parts cost to him and how much additional he charges for his time (which is not a lot, btw). Would recommend to anyone if for anything but the experience and convenience. Price points are always competitive. Plus, lifetime warranty anywhere in the country!

Fritz did an amazing job, and you can’t beat the convenience of having your phone repaired on the spot! I would definitely recommend the service. Quick, easy, fast and much more reasonable than dropping my phone off at the Apple Store for a day. My phone is almost a part of me at this point, so I truly appreciated having the repair only take a quick 45 minutes!

Fritz fixed my iPhone 5s and I could not be happier. He came to my home (he is so nice and trustworthy), was there on time, and repaired my phone quickly and easily. As a bonus, he even played with and entertained my dog for a while. Figured he had to be a ‘good guy’ if my dog liked him… and he is!
I would highly recommend him. With how clumsy I am, I’m sure I’ll be using him again in the near future when I decide to crack my phone again ;-)

Fritz from I cracked went above and beyond what was needed to fix my phone. And the fact that he travels to your location is always a plus. I rate the work done and Fritz a 10 for multiple reasons. Good price. Quick service, that comes to you. It’s a no brainer!!!
