Chef Richard Bailey and Taste 5 catered our wedding reception in Vail where we had about 110 guests. Our experience working with Taste 5 was wonderful from beginning to end. Chef Bailey is so easy to work with — he was extremely responsive, answered all of our(many) questions, and worked closely with us to create a menu that was exactly what we wanted. He is such a talented chef, and we were impressed with the range of unique and delicious options he offered. A few of our favorite appetizers were the tuna lollipops and the duck confit risotto cakes, but honestly everything was phenomenal. For our entrees, we opted for a steak and Mahi Mahi duo. Everything was perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. The staff from Taste 5 also provided top notch service during our reception. I highly recommend Chef Richard and Taste 5!

Taste 5 Catering handled the dinner the evening of our wedding last month in Edwards, which was catered to our rental house. They did an absolutely fabulous job, everyone loved the food and the staff was as friendly and helpful as can be. Chef Richard Bailey is very talented. His ahi tuna tar tar tacos are unbelievable. And the braised ribs in horseradish mash were delicious… and those were just the appetizers. The entrees were just as good and they did a great kids menu as well. A perfect 5 star evening! A wonderful selection of apps combined with a dramatic presentation overwhelmed each guests during our recent holiday celebration. Chef Bailey is amazingly innovative in his culinary experience and creativity. He will also be catering a sit down dinner in our home! Can’t wait! Word to the wise… book your event early.

I had the pleasure to work with Chef Bailey, where he served as the executive chef at a very upscale Country Club. As our grand opening Chef, he was instrumental in the establishment of the elegant environment by which we attracted quality membership to our Club. His variety of cuisine and tremendous skill, appealed to the diversity of our membership and vast banquet needs we generated. We miss Chef Bailey and will always wish him well.

Damn. That food is good and whoa, the presentation. I just can’t believe how over the top this guy goes to make sure the customer is happy. We hired Chef Bailey twice last year and have not been disappointed. Grilled salmon with red pepper coulis? Like they say in the big leagues, wow, just wow! Keep up the great work Chef Bailey.
