Play It Again Sports

I have been to this Play it Again Sports several times over the last few years. The owner is very nice and helpful. The shorter man with gray hair is very rude. He has been rude to me on more than one occasion. I won’t be returning to this store.

My wife and I recently went here to prepare for a big ski trip that we had planned for Spring Break and I was pleasantly surprised at what we found. The first time that I came to the store, I was greeted by the owner who showed me around the used ski area, which was very well stocked with a wide range of options for someone like me. My skis were about as relevant as an 8 track player and were about as old and the guy working handled my questions with patience and expertise. After about 20 minutes of searching I was able to pick out a nice used pair of skis that made me the talk of the mountain and I was shredding the gnar in no time.
The second time we came in, my wife was having trouble with a pair of boots that felt like they were a little too tight but she really did like the boots. I told my wife that we would swap them out with another brand if it was possible but we would ask the opinion of the guy running the store first. Thank God I did that. When I went in I was told by the guy working that my wife’s boots were extremely expensive boots and of really, really high quality. Instead of trying to rip us off and lead us into what would have been a really bad decision, the two guys working helped my wife adjust the boots so they fit her properly. It was probably the second time I’ve even seen my wife smile with ski boots on… the other time was when she was first able to get off the lift without falling.
For all looking for quality, second hand and new gear but much more importantly, some individual TLC, I would highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!
