NEVER again will my family and I make the mistake of going there! There was hardly anyone else there and it still took us 20 minutes just to be asked what drinks we wanted! It was over 45 minutes, after the order was put in to get our food and it was absolutely disgusting! It was cold as ice and dry as the Sahara Desert! The service sucked, and the management was just as sorry! There was a cooks hair in our food and the manager only asked if we wanted it to be taken out, we refused paying and left! Do NOT go to this restaurant! You will regret it!

Are you expecting a 5 star restaurant experience with world class wait staff and the finest chef’s that Food Network have to offer? You will be disappointed.
Do you want food that is slightly above the normal fast food and staff that range from ok to «How does she remember to even breath?» Then you’re ok.
Let’s face it folks, it’s Applebees. A chain joint built upon the model of quick easy meals, table turnover, and low overhead. What does that mean? Low paid employees, lower quality of products, and quick turnaround.
The food has ranged from ok to good. Staff has ranged from ok to terrible. I think the worst thing about this place is it’s getting more ghetto. Everytime I go in it seems to be everyone is catering to a more urban experience and thus I prefer the other place on St. Augustine.

This place is garbage. Food is AWFUL. Always cold and dry. Last time I ordered salmon with potatoes. I got FOUR little potatoes. Four.

Do not go to this restaurant. Recently we went in and were seated by the hostess.
We then waited for service, after having numerous employees walk by ignoring us after about 10 minutes we finally got up and left. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and don’t go in the first place.
