Denny’s

One of our favorite stops for breakfast. Food is hot, staff is friendly and efficient. Kitchen works hard to make sure you have a quality meal.

I had an excellent experience here. The food was typical Denny’s, no complaints. The customer service was AWESOME! When we came in it was a bit slow, so they saw me coming in with my 3 little ones (one being an infant). They already had my table set up by the time I got in and made sure to help me out with my stroller. They were very sweet to my kids and loved interacting with my baby. Felicia was our waitress and she is just lovely!!! Very nice and sweet! Very attentive and helpful! The other waitresses were nice as well. Absolutely, wonderful people! Sometimes going out with all my kids is rough but they really made this a nice experience for me! I will come back!!! Thank you Felicia!

Late dinner around 11:30pm after Wild Adventures. Service was great and the food was delish. Had the new Red, White, and Blue Slam. 2 Blueberry pancakes, topped with sliced strawberries, and drizzled with cheesecake icing. MMMM. Hash browns, 2 eggs, and bacon or sausage. Awesome!

I haven’t been to Denny’s in a while, but pickings are slim on I75 in Valdosta and I thought «how bad can it be?» As it turned out, it was actually very good!
The new skillets are delicious. I got the Philly Cheese (added fresh avocado) and my vegetation wife got the Cali something with egg whites. Service was fast, efficient and friendly, coffee cups were never empty (thanks, Sherry S!) and the price was right. Plus, the raspberry white chocolate pancake puppies — yum!
Probably the first 5 start I’ve given to a chain restaurant. The only improvement I could think of is to dump the skillet onto a plate, so the food cools off.

Good food, good price. Standard Denny’s menu. Food and service are very good, bordering on exceptional. The drawback is the the traffic in the surrounding area & getting in & out. It’s a very congested area. The food & service make up for it.

Was seated at 7pm on a friday evening. The restaurant was at about 20% capacity. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even stop by for a drink order. We ended up just leaving. Now i know why this place was not busy. Do yourself a favor & drive to one of the other 20+ restaurants on this exit.

Worst Denny’s. Bad food prep, dirty restaurant, wait staff was horrible. Way better options out there even if it’s 3 am and you’re drunk.

My waitress was Matisha. Let me set the mood because I believe that is part of the experience. I took a 3 hour nap and decided to go for a bite. Denny’s was about 1.5 miles from me so I decided to hike since it was such a nice evening (11:58). I was in a great mood and enjoying the hike. I hike a lot so 1.5 miles is nothing to me. When I arrived, I sat down next to a window so I could see any activity outside. The spot I chose just happened to be next to the waitress area (coffee, creamer, etc…). The music was inappropriate (dance music) and quite loud. My waitress was quick to bring me a cup of coffee and take my order. There were 3 people in the place. My first taste of the coffee was luke warm. After almost 5 minutes and me having to stand up, Matisha took one look at said from across the room, I’ll check on your food and walked away, before I could signal her to come over. After the third time, she came over. I told her the coffee was not hot. Rather then saying, I’ll get you a new one, she said, how could that be, I made a fresh pot when I got on duty. She did make a new pot and boy was it good! The employees in the kitchen had no respect for the customers (maybe because there was so few of us). They were very very loud (laughing, goofing around). After refilling my coffee myself twice and reloading my creamer, Matisha came over and brought me coffee. She saw it was filled and I informed her I filled it myself. She said great! Matilda then began to be nice. When I went to pay my bill, the manager (hispanic fella) was very nice. My over all feeling was the music was to loud, Matisha was ok, and the employees were to rambunctious. Manager was nice. The place was very clean (except the windows). I will go back and give them another chance.

I absolutely love Denny’s, but this one has some negative aspects. I usually crave the diner after midnight and unfortunately they seem to have awful service once the sun goes down. Inattentive waitresses who refuse to write down your order and end up serving the wrong things, dirty tables, etc… On the other hand, service in the daytime is fine. The food is always great, but be warned if you’re walking in after dark.

Worst I have ever went to and greeted by the toilet at the door. Simply atrocious.

I eat at this Denny’s at least once a week. I normally ask for Ashlie! She is the best. She always takes really good care of me, remembers my name, get’s the order right, always smiles, pleasant, very nice! Can’t get any better than this!!!

Loved their Boca veggie burger. It was only 9 points, thanks to
Denny’s I am staying on track with my weight watchers diet while I am on vacation. Don’t want to gain back that 20 lbs I lost so far.

I believe our waitress’s name was Sandy and she worked in the front section of the restaurant, by the kitchen. Our whole breakfast visit was a delight from start to finish last Sunday morning; thanks to Sandy!
We never ran out of drinks and were cared for like a king and queen with our order served within less than 10 minutes!
The coffee was great and my husband liked the Diet Coke; he is usually not too happy with the fountain drink flavor but it’s «right» here at this Denny’s.

Cindy was a very nice and helpful waitress. I enjoyed my bananas foster French toast. The restaurant was clean and everything was great, minus the minor annoyance of having to wait a little while for the check and not receiving a water refill. Other than that, if you like good breakfast food, and live near Valdosta, you can’t go wrong with Denny’s.
