Grove Apartments Valdosta

Last semester, the Grove was great. But it couldn’t last. Now, the shorter office hours are a huge disappointment, especially for students and workers who are busy during the day. The staff can be discourteous and unhelpful. And trash is frequently seen along the property. The gym is small.

I am a parent of a child that’s there my child has been threatened, harassed, belittled by staff and transportation. When you take your child there they make it seem as though they care and they don’t care anything about you not your child. They don’t keep up with the apartments their disgusting, they charge these outrageous prices and the gates don’t work so my child is not safe. The general manager was recently verbally harassed by the grove shuttle bus manager (profanity after every other word) infront of all the students. They are out for money lie to parents giving false hopes and dreams to parents and students. I don’t recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy, they up the prices on rent and try to make it seem as though you had knowledge of this. I stress anyone thinking about going to live there or sending there child there DONT. They will make it seem so nice and it looks so great but don’t judge a book by its cover. Horrible people that care nothing about your child’s education and I’m dissatisfied in their service and treatment towards the students there
