Red Lobster

Im Newer to town. Have ate RL for years though. Had this one twice. Food and service has been great! Cant beat the cheddar bay biscuits. As always its not the best seafood but its good for a non coastal chain restaurant… Will be back again soon!

The managers definitely do not know how to run a business here. My experiences at Red Lobster have been tainted by my last few visits. Food is great, servers are great. Unfortunately, that can all be pushed down the drain by profanities coming forth from gossiping managers. I was reluctant to mention it until I realized it was a constant happening. If I am ever sat by the bar or a table near the kitchen, a manager by first name of Jennifer will constantly be found loitering around in an unprofessional manner by speaking extremely ill about patrons of the restaurant. Regardless of who she serves, all people should be treated with respect and dignity and do not deserve to be talked about as if they are scum on the bottom of one’s shoe. If she speaks about everyone she serves in this manner, how does that play out for her actual service toward those individuals? I for one would not like to have her at this restaurant or and other food service in fear of her possibly spitting in my food just because I may not have dressed the way she preferred me dressing or have the skin color that does not sit well in her book. In is unjust and unfair for to be judging people so harshly, especially those who spend money at this restaurant.

Sat for 10 minutes in booth with no service. Absolute trash. It made it worse I was actually passed by 4 different servers and I was walked out noticed alot of them standing around in the bar area. Garbage

It was enjoyable. Service was great.

I went there today to pick up a to go order.
I approached the bar area and was immediately greeted. I always appreciate a small effort like that.
My order was hot and ready to go. It was accurate as well.
The staff is extremely friendly. My meal was good, it looks like Red Lobster has improved on what was already great. For good food and great service, look no further.

Love the cheddar bay biscuits but the seafood is just ok. Anything can be made good with scampi sauce. Portion size lacks some to be desired. I’ve had better but it filled us up!

The WalMart of Seafood. I have had to go there because of meetings and everything is covered in heavy butter or seasoning to cover poor quality seafood. Not sure how much was real and how much was processed. I tried to stick with something simple like the shrimp scampi. It was all butter and seasoning. The shrimp were over cooked. It’s packed! Obviously people love it! Maybe it’s the biscuits?!? I am not a fan.

Starting with the sever, very nice, engage and helpful with activities in the area. The food was delicious. We order the all you can eat shrimp. The sever keep the orders coming. The sever was fun to talk to and was very attractive I think that’s what made the visit! I would recommend!

Good seafood place (shrimp, fish, and lobster).
Nice interior, great for a nice family or friend outing. They have good booth seats, and the staff is friendly. I liked the create your own feast special where you have two seafood picks + salad + side for $ 15. Not a bad deal.

I don’t tend to write reviews for bigger chains, but if you’re a college student and your parents want seafood at a place they know, this is a decent place to go. Prices are your typical prices, the food is your typical food, and you can get piles and piles of those deliciously warm cheddar biscuits we all know and love.
Not much else to say; you either know and love Red Lobster or you don’t!
