The pharmacy is terrible. They talk in the back rarely paying attention to their customers who are waiting in line. Drive through seems to be paid more attention to. I will refrain from using this pharmacy again and will drive to inner perimeter rite aid.

This store is poorly run. Last week I stood in line at the pharmacy about 30 min with a mob of angry customers being turned away for unfilled prescriptions. Today I went to find a sign on the front door of the store saying the pharmacy is closed, sorry for the inconvenience. It’s not a holiday. I went to pick up my photo order and was told it was cancelled because the machine that does larger sizes is broken… I had ordered an 8×10. On the way out the door the clerk was nicely handling a line of ten customers! No help. Wasted trip altogether for me. By the way I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.

Terrible attitudes in this store and not a great couponing place. The walgreens on Ashley street has a better staff. There is one employee at this store that will help you and be very courteous to you. Dont know her name but seriously wish I had a position available in my business for her. She is a wonderful customer service person. But the store managers should have apparently gotten more sleep on black Friday because they were horrid. Will only shop here again if in dire need on this side of town.
