Chen dry from the beginning of the appointment making to the follow up call has been an exceptional experience. Their customer service has been the best I’ve experienced in any carpet cleaning business. My carpets look brand new and they even got the stains out of my carpet. I had Chem Dry C and G come out to my house. At first I was a little surprised at the price it was about $ 30 dollars more than I usually payed in the past. Once they finished I realize why, my carpet came out so much better that they ever have. It looked like brand new installed carpet. I was very satisfied with the service and how they explained what I was paying for. Ask for Marcos Real on the phone, he was very helpful! Thank you Chem Dry! 10Stars+

Total rip-​off! I paid almost $ 300 for some grout cleaning and carpet «cleaning» — The grout got pretty clean but they missed several spots and didn’t do the perimeter. The tech insisted that the grout was all clean even though i pointed out several places he had missed. Carpet cleaning resulted in the carpet having a crunchy feel to it and they don’t look any different than before the cleaning.
Save your money — use someone else for carpets and if you want to clean your grout — use the same product they use — it’s called Quick ‘n Brite and you can buy a bottle for $ 25 online. They charged me $ 160 for the grout clean! Live ‘n learn…
