I have been in this store 3 times– of those 3 times, I have been completely ignored by the staff twice. I let it go the first time, came back in on a separate occasion and had someone who was very helpful, so I decided to go back a 3rd time. The 3rd time left me feeling completely disappointed. I walked in to buy a dress for my daughter. 2 sales associates were in the back of the store. I headed back there to check out the infant section. Couldn’t have been 10 feet away from either of them, and I didn’t get as much as a «hello». They were too wrapped up in their personal conversation I guess. Anyway, I found something that could work for my daughter, but I decided against buying it because of the way they treat their customers. I am not one who needs my hand held while I am shopping, but a general greeting/acknowledgement goes a long way. There are so many other options for childrens clothing in this valley, so I don’t see myself going out of my way to come back in to this store.

The clothes are cute, the prices are good, but I was pretty appalled after our trip to Crazy8. My mom had recommended going in to get a pair of jeans for my 12-year-old, as they have up to size 14. We went in, found some things we liked, and inquired where the fitting room was. We were told there WAS no fitting room, and directed to a «cubby» in the back that supposedly offered privacy if I stood in front of it. The«cubby» was basically a corner of the room with no curtain, no door, just an open space. Really??? Children over the age of 4 are expected to try clothes on in plain site in the middle of a store with no privacy whatsoever? Or perhaps we should just guess as to size and whether clothes will look good on older kids once size and fit become more variable. I was told I could contact corporate, as the decision not to have a fitting room came from there. I am still completely bewildered that anyone would think it’s acceptable to suggest a pre-teen boy try on JEANS in the open in public. Absolutely disgusting. I will never, ever shop at this store again.
