I am not sure what has been going on in the real estate market. Over the last year, I was in touch with three realtors, all of whom told me to go on MLS, find some properties and let them know. Huh? In such a volatile market I was surprised to find their customer service skills lacking, so I was delighted to have the good fortune to meet David Buckley at an open house a couple of months ago. He struck up a conversation with me and offered to drive me around Santa Clarita to view homes. Several weeks passed and despite the fact that it was just before the federal tax credit expired and *everyone* was trying to view homes, I called him to set up an appointment and he helped me tour homes from 10AM-3PM! I think he showed me every property within my price range with welcomed patience and information for this first-time homebuyer, and I found my home. It’s clear that this is not just a job for David; he takes his work very seriously. He was committed to making sure that I found the right home *for me*, gave me candid feedback on homes, made suggestions on next steps and opened his rolodex of real estate resources to me. He and his colleagues were with me throughout the whole process and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about his thoughtful service. If you are in the market, please give him a call.
