I totally agree with Tommy G, they just collect fees and seek out violations to collect more fees without doing anything, not even giving the most basic service they are obliged to. Here’s what they state in their own HOA booklet that they give to Stevenson Ranch homeowners along with the rules & reg’s, they are the ONLY entity that reaches out to new HOA members and clearly, they want you to think they are there for you if you need information, and they are the only contact until you get a bill from the«sub-HOA.» “Euclid Management Company has assigned a manager to your Association. The roles and duties of the manager are as follows: attends Board Meetings; inspects the property on a regular basis; to oversee vendors work and identify violations or enforcement rules; communicates and corresponds with the Board, homeowners and all vendors or service providers to the community.“ What a bad joke! In fact they did not even know the name of the Association we are assigned to(Stevenson Ranch has a lot of «sub-Associations» while they are the overall management company that supposedly maintains the whole community, grounds, parking issues, etc.) They referred us to a company with a disconnected phone, then when we contacted them again told us very snippily that they have no connection with any sub-Associations, to find out ourselves. When my g.f. quoted the above they finally admitted they have no such person assigned however, they gave her the name of someone to contact if we want to report a violation. Of course! Sit at their desk and hit some sucker with a fine, make more money. They would love to get a report that they can fine someone for parking or maybe leaving a holiday decoration out an extra day, as long as they don’t have to do anything helpful. How can an upscale community like this tolerate them I have no idea, people complain but I guess are too busy to do anything, I’m sure their complaints to the company are met with deaf ears. By the way they are now called«Upland» and also«First Service» but yet claim to not report to First Service, they are a world unto themselves and need some shaking up. They make me seriously consider not living in the community just not to pay them.

Absolutely terrible! I am completely outraged. These people don’t know how to manage anything! They drive me nuts! They don’t deserve any stars. Incredibely rude & do not know how to deal with customer service. They charge people $ 150 for 6 months of parking for people who flippin live here claiming you can only have 2 cars in the garage but these are family houses, so when the kids are old enough to have cars, theres nowhere to park or if you have more than 2 cars, you have to pay(if you even get picked since its based on a lottery system) for 6 months! Crazy! They even tried to tow my car through a third party parking regulator because my parking permit was«not operable» even thought I just paid them their money less than 2 months ago. Unbelievable! I emailed them & called the office & stated the lady in charge of this matter was ‘out for lunch’ & will be back in an hourm so I call back, & said they don’t know where she is & asked specifically«is she in the office or not?» & they simply state«i don’t know». Obviously they were lying. They have a lawsuit just waiting to happen against them & I will be supporting that until that day comes. Terrible service, crappy management if you call it that, inconsiderate & just plain rude! Hope they get karma.
