Currently my 2 year old isn’t on our dental till open enrollment. Called them to advise this and they stated the charge was $ 85. Went in for a clean and then turns out it was only an exam that they did. We WANTED A CLEANING! The charge was $ 66 for exam which was never discussed and Ruth (receptionist) kept changing the story. VERY UPSET with how they want to proceed. VERY Poor results already and this was our first visit.
Doctor was fine, it’s the front desk that is getting the 1 star.

My son loves going to the dentist all because of Dr. Chris! The office runs like a well oiled machine. The wait times have been minimal as they keep things moving from x-​rays to seeing Dr. Chris to cleaning. That is important especially when you are dealing with little ones. Dr. Chris is a calming presence and tells not only the parent but the child too on where the potential problem spots are and tricks on how to reach those teeth better. My son loves the fact he can watch cartoons while they clean his teeth. He actually looks forward to his next dentist appointment!

I have always been extremely happy with Dr. Chris and his staff. They have taken great care of my daughter since her first appointment. This past weekend my daughter had bicycle accident that caused some dental problems and Dr. Chris was 100% available and attentive to my daughters needs. He went over the entire course of action with me on a Friday evening and even sent me a text to check on her on Saturday. He is very knowledgeable, honest and he’s fantastic with kids. My daughter actually loves going to the dentist.

Really love Dr. Chris and all his staff. We have been patients for over 2 years. My 5 yo had to have a root canal today and Dr. Chris and staff were calm and charming and engaged my son throughout the whole process. My son never had one moment of anxiety or pain thanks to their quick, professional work (and gas!!!). Big thumbs up to Dr. Chris and staff! Highly recommend!

My children and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chris. He’s so warm, attentive and amazing at what he does! So happy we found him.

My kids just love Dr. Chris and words cannot say enough about his care and connection that appeals to children.
The staff is wonderful. I recommend Dr. Chris every time a twin mommy asks for a referral. My only wish is that they were open on Fridays when I have days off.

So happy to be back, and so are my kids. All 4 of them are going next week and they are actually excited to go to dentist again.

This review will be a positive review of Dr. Chris and a bit of information about our previous experiences at another office.
We switched to Dr. Chris from a referral after we were very dissatisfied with our children’s previous dentist. In our previous experiences every appointment was a hassle and an «adventure». Front desk were demanding, rude, and pushy. Back office staff were equally rude and impatient. Constantly being *sold* for services that were optional. Dentist, rushed, fake, and overbearing.
Upon our first visit to Dr. Ezzat’s office it was a breath of fresh air. Cleaner, less tacky, and Monica was extremely friendly at the front. Not only that, she CONTINUES to be friendly, even after our first visit– not just to put on a show (as other places do).
The staff and Dr. explain optional services, and allows us to choose– no pressure. Dr. Chris has great rapport w/​the children, and understands that they ARE children, as he is patient and friendly, but firm as well. The staff is also friendly to the kids, and not «bossy» and condescending.
Dr. Chris cleans the teeth well, performed filling of cavities way more effectively– without all the drama and «adventure», and positively rewards the kids when things look good. This ensures that they actually do what they’ve been taught– brushing, flossing regularly so that their teeth are doing much better.
They still don’t necessarily «like» going to the dentist– but it’s no where near as much of a nightmare as it was before. And I personally enjoy the visits, and the results.
I highly recommend this office.
