Not sure what’s going on here at this store its a basketball shoe store so I’m guessing a few tall people like myself play basketball with bigger feet checked out at least 7 pairs and the biggest size they had for all 7 was 11 mind you im not asking for a size 17 was looking for size 13 step your game up Valencia footlocker

My experience with this store was great. Both of the associates (Cathy and Naomi) were very helpful. Briefly, they were out of the size that we needed and they personally checked at the Lady Footlocker downstairs for availability. Having found it, they also made sure that we received the appropriate discount as it was only on sale at this particular store. If only all sales associates were this helpful and resourceful…

Their associates are very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and give you suggestions. I normally love visiting this store when I am at the mall so I was disappointed when we came in one day to return a pair of my son’s shoes he didn’t really like. I’m not too sure if it was the supervisor or manager that helped us but she was VERY VERY RUDE and made it seem like she didn’t want us to return the unused pair of shoes we purchase a few days back. Shouldn’t good service start with management?

Came here to buy kids basketball shoes. Found a pair of Jordans my son loved. The rep went in the back and came out with a completely different pair, mind you ugly looking pair, and said it’s the only size 3 shoe they have in the store.. They were completely out of inventory. It’s not even the holiday season and there should be no excuse for that. That’s called poor inventory management and unacceptable. A shoe store out of shoes?
