DONOTBUYFROMHOBBYTRON Placed an order a week ago, have been billed but still have not received shipping confirmation. Many notes and voice messages have gone unanswered. In addition, HobbyTron added $ 40 to the initial shipping estimate of $ 20, so the total shipping fee was $ 60, which is a 30% premium on the product price.

So I bought from the online store and these clowns don’t know customer service. I’ve tried emailing them about my issue as they messed up on my shipping and gave fedex a blank sipping note other then my name and zip code. No address or anything! So I’ve been emailing them and each time I get the same message! What the hell is going on with this shop?.. Horrible service DONOTBUYFROMTHEM!

I signed up and paid for a subscription service for six months. As of now, I have had to call numerous times to try and receive march’s delivery, and have not received Aprils. I asked them for expedited delivery, as we will be going out of town and I expected my delivery about three weeks ago,. They refused, and have shunted me from answer service to answer service without getting a call back from anyone. With no promise of if/when I will get my subscriptions at all. Terrible service, please don’t put the nail in your coffin by buying six months worth of toys up front. You will be calling them EVERYMONTH wondering where your stuff is!

My 13-year-old son purchased an air soft gun from this store for about $ 150 using his birthday money. From the time he took it out of the box, it never worked. He tried two separate times and even used different ammo. When I tried to contact the company at their main number, it rang, and rang, and rang, and no one EVER answered. I tried SEVERAL times on DIFFERENT days with no answer. I submitted an online request for an exchange and it was denied. I then tried SEVERAL more times to contact the company. Finally, someone answered and I was told I had to go online and submit another claim because they couldn’t help me over the phone. I did exactly what they said and waiting another 5 or so days for a response. My request was denied AGAIN. I then spent a couple hours trying to reach someone on the phone. After being transferred to the manager, she said there was no way they would refund his money and that I had to go online and submit the claim AGAIN because she can’t help me. SERIOUSLY?! When I went to the BBB to file a complaint, I saw this company has almost 200 other complaints. I’m not surprised!!! I can accept getting a bad product if the company is willing to make it right, but screwing a child out of his money and then not answering the calls or handling the issue is just WRONG!

Do NOT order from the webiste as I did! Sent me a DOA(Dead On Arrival) copter(via GroupOn). They were nice about the exchange, although I had to pay shipping back to them, AND it took them over a month to get the replacement to me. Then, the NEW replacement ALSO arrives DOA. Notified them within 4 days of receipt, and they said I am out of warranty? WHAT? They sent me not one, but TWO copters that were completely non-functioning. Too light tOo even be a paperweight.

Do yourself a favor. Stay away from these scammers. Total rip off bought some toys for my kids last Xmas on their website and it’s all defective. Call their customer support with phone no. 8186759000. Damn lady offered no help. Hope they will be shut down soon to prevent other people from being rip off. Attention DCA and BBB.

Although I didn’t go to this exact store, I purchased from their online store. When I received my product, it came to me defected. So I contacted their store online and a woman«Katie L.» responded to my question. She told me that I would have to pay for shipping and handling, on top of not being able to receive my money back and would only get store credit. I told her this was quite unethical and she told me it was in their policy. So I looked up their policy and it says nothing of the sort. I told her I wanted to speak to her manager, she claimed she was the manager, then I told her I wanted to speak to someone higher up who could maybe help me, but she said there was no one higher and that if I don’t have any other legitimate concerns then goodbye. I was extremely unsatisfied by this horrible customer service.

How this company stays in business, I cannot imagine. My 10 year old son saved his money, ordered an airsoft gun, it arrived and does not work. Their return policy? You cannot return it for a refund, and you have to pay the shipping back. Fifteen dollars to ship something back that came to us not working? Are you kidding me? Trust me — anything you can order on this site, order from Amazon or Walmart instead, this company doesn’t believe in customer service. You cannot even call them and speak to a live person. Everything is live chat from India. My son is heartbroken. Save yourself some heartbreak… stay away from this racket!
