I called Lerman Appliance because I had a problem with my subzero refrigerator. When I explained the problem to them, they understood that it is an urgent matter, it is very difficult to be without a refrigerator and they made an extra effort to have somebody look at it and help me with my issue as soon as possible. Ten minutes after our conversation, they called me and told that they can have a technician to be there tomorrow morning. The very next morning the technician, Ilya was on time. I was surprised how knowledgeable he was, he knew what he was doing. He took the fridge apart, determined the the problem was a condenser motor and put it back together in no time. Two days later, he came back with the part and again, had it taken apart and put it back together in no time. The service provided was fast, clean, inexpensive and absolutely professional. I think it is rare to have all these qualities in one company. I hope nothing else breaks in my house again, but if something happens again, I am truly lucky to know this company and highly recomend them.

Scheduling was easy and straight-​forward. They actually provided an up-​front estimate based on my description of the problem (they were the only business that replied to my request-​for-​quote submitted via Unilocal). To save time and money, they ordered the part based on my description (which included a diagnostic code). Tech arrived promptly, worked quickly, answered all of my questions and provided additional tips and information about the product.
Prices seemed fair … especially compared to previous appliance repair I was using.
I am 100% happy.

The repair man that came out to fix my fridge looked at my fridge and told me that the
control board was bad. He did not perform any test and said it would cost me $ 325.00 to replace the board. I was told he could come back the next day with the part. After he left I defrosted the ice that was blocking the air flow. I latter found that the problem was the door seal and not the control board.

This is the first time I have used Lerman Appliances and will definitely use them again. I would recommend them to any of my friends needing repairs. Ilya came out and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest.

Had them out to fix dryer. They were very fair & reasonable. They weren’t trying to talk me into unnecessary repairs. I love when I can find a reliable & honest repair company.

This family run business is exceptional. Good value and excellent service. Scheduled a noon appt and Illyas showed up right on the dot. Illyas immediately got to work and found a problem with the ice maker by process of elimination while explaining it all to me. Once the problem was found he quoted a fair price. I had already provided the model nbr so he came with the right replacement. They drop their service charge if I have them do the job. They even offered $ 20 off for mentioning Unilocal.
Don’t get ripped off by the «large» appliance repair companies that charge a service fee just for showing up. These guys know what they’re doing, provide great service and prices and want to keep you as a long term customer.
Overall, excellent service and a welcomed business partner to the Santa Clarita Valley.
