L’esprit Day Spa & Salon

I got a gift to L’ESPRIT, so my daughter and I went to get massages there. We called the number for L’ESPRIT to set an appointment in December. Our appointments were confirmed so we went to get massages. When we went to pay, we gave the gift card to the lady at the front but she said that they changed owners in October and they will not accept my card. I didn’t think this was normal so I asked to speak with the new owner. Apparently L’ESPRIT is now called Pricilla’s, but the sign on their building still says L’ESPRIT and it also does online. I rationally explained to the owner that is not normal for them to not accept my card and be charged twice for the same service. The owner started giving me very bad attitude. He does not know how to deal with customers and I do not recommend this place. Santa Clarita is a small and united community and we don’t want this kind of customer service in our community. With this kind of service you can not have a good reputation.

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember! Marisa is my stylist! She’s absolutely amazing! Whether it’s a cut/​color or my extensions she always does an amazing job! There was a previous stylist I was going to before but after an awful hair color job I switched to Marisa and since then my hair is amazing. Del and Kimmie at the front desk are wonderful! Great selection of hair products as well!

Shame on you Marie S. I was in the salon the day you thought the world revolved around you. I was Tina’s next client and because you were ½ hour late and expected Tina to accommodate you, that made my appointment start late. The world does not just revolve around you. After overhearing your conversation you should be carefully who you call rude. Your racial slurs and narcism is unbelievable. I have been a client of Tina’s for 25 years and she is always professional, accommodating, and friendly. She does fabulous hair and any body that can should have their hair done by her. And as far as the salon customer service Kim & Delphine are the kindness, most accommodating receptionist ever! Maybe you, Marie, need to take a good look in the mirror at your new salon… Stylist beware! Run, run, run from this future client!!!

Wonderful Spa. They have it all. Sheila Krutz does great color and cuts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been to L’Esprit a number of times for facials and other spa treatments. They use Guinot products which, if you don’t know, are some of the best products in the world. They are particularly good for women who are 30+. Clinique is wonderful for 20-​somethings however, once you leave your 20’s, it’s time for an upgrade, for certain.
Go and have a facial at L’Esprit and ask your esthetician for recommendations about products. They are very professional and, unless you ask, they will not try to ‘hard sell’ their products, which I much appreciate.
