Friendly service. Coffee tests good and fresh like always. I like there cookie cake it is delicious. what can I do I like sweet.

Before or after a movie grab a warm cookie. the coffee is average but they try. The cookies are amazing and gooey. The prices are a bit steep for what you are actually getting but I’m sure the rent is sky high for this location.

The owner, Samvel, generously donated some cookies of a Special Olympics event that I worked on. It was short notice, but he still came through with some beautifully decorated cookies. It was much appreciated!

My Aunt lives out in Valencia and was raving about the Cookie Cakes that she ordered online from this place and since I do not get out that way to see her often enough I decided to order the Cookie Cakes online as well, I got the 15 inch. Oh my gosh! They were fantastic! I can’t wait to make a trip out there and have them with some coffee at this place. Now I have two motivations to get to Valencia; My Aunt and the Cookie Cakes!

I came into nestle for the first time in 6 months. I’m in so much shock that I needed to write this review right now. First off the ownership is new and it was taken over by I believe a young Armenian couple. The male owner was horrible. He was so rude not only to me but to his employees as well. It was hard to understand him but just his body jesters and tone were insane. I have never heard an owner of a company be so hateful and rude towards the public and employees. Besides the ownership I purchased 2 chocolate chip cookies and a sugar cookie. The chocolate chip cookies were tasty but once I got to the sugar cookie I found that it was hard as a rock like it had been sitting out from atleast a week. I immediately asked the female owner she was armenian. for a refund and they refused saying that it was fresh when it was Clearly hard as a rock. I certainly felt like I was going to snap at that point but instead decided to just let it go and to write this review. I can’t believe what this Nestlé location has turned into. I’m so disappointed, the only thing that seemed ok in the place was the young female employee who seemed nothing but embarrassed about the situation. I personally give this place 6 months until it either gets shut down or they re sell. Until then I never plan to go back, I wouldn’t even give me experience a single star if that was an option. Ohh ya and the reason I decided to write this Unilocal was because in nestle theirs a sign saying 10% if you give a review at Unilocal.Well nestle, I hope I earned my 10% because you guys stole like 3 $ from me for that sugar cookie that was a week old.

I’m sorry but this place is overpriced and their cookies are frozen and then baked. Nothing is fresh, not even the drinks. We came in as a party of 8 and half of us got the white hot chocolate, which was basically hot sugared milk. It was a joke! We couldn’t help but just laugh about it.

Me and my family came down to Six Flags Magic Mountain on our way back home we stopped at Nestle tall cafè and we tried the cookie cakes Ice Cream Sandwich it’s very delicious and I recommend everybody anybody to stop by and I’ll be back again soon

I tryed there cooky cakes, ice cream sandwiches and chocolate chips it was fresh delicious. Very friendly.

Delicious cookies & very friendly service. I had ordered a cookie cake (yummm!!) It looked & as good as it tasted. I highly recommend it. Also the New Management is great. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks!

I love this place now they have New Owners there very nice people this man and woman very sweet they really know how to treat the customers very nice super super Clean !!! Me and my family really like going there after the movies … We loved the New Owners very welcoming way better then before !!!

First time in and ordered a $ 7 drink that I didn’t enjoy, brought it back up to the ladies in front and got a rude response that if that’s what I didn’t want I shouldn’t of ordered it and asked what do I want? I should’ve asked for a refund, but took a $ 2 hot chocolate instead and got no difference of the money returned. Will not be returning to this location due to the rude shift leader on tonight.

Bad service and the Asian lady was rude as hell. Plus, everything is over priced. Will not come here ever again…

I’ve gone here several times for my sugar addicted self. The service here is very consistent. The employees are always very nice and polite, no attitude at all and they always get it right with the cookies or other sweets I want to get.
The cookie cake slices are delicious as are the variety of cookies they have. The only reason this isn’t five stars is because the frosting on the cookie cake slices get a little tarty after awhile. So I recommend getting them earlier in the day. Otherwise, they’re good
I definitely recommend going here if you want sweet treats.

Ice cream sandwich! It had been a while since I had an ice cream sandwich from diddy riese so while waiting for my movie to start, I dropped by and decided to check out nestle’s version.
I got chocolate chip cookies with cookies and cream ice cream inside. They are generous with the ice cream and it comes in a bowl so that you can actually scoop it out as well and don’t have to let it drip all over your hands-​and it gets the cookies nice and soggy too! The cookies are a bit thin for my liking but that’s nestle’s trademark. As long as it’s soft, it doesn’t really matter I guess.
I also used to order cookie pies from here-​the large ones to present as birthday cakes and whatnot. They are always soft and chewy and perfect to transfer to a plate to eat as a pizookie. I don’t know why I stopped but this little rendezvous just got me in love all over again and I can’t wait until the next birthday in my life so I can order some of that goodness.

Who doesn’t love a cookie and ice cream place where you can build your own ice cream sandwich with any flavors you fancy? They don’t chintz on the ice cream, either, and it’s served in a bowl so you can take your time and not drip all over the place. Hubby likes that the small coffee is a perfect size for a quick snack. Good place for family treats!

We decided to stop by for some hot cocoa and some cookies after a movie and were not disappointed. Yummy hot chocolate and cookies, it looks like they also make custom cookie cakes for special events. We sat outside, enjoyed our hot cocoas, and people watched for a while. We got a bunch of miniature cookies as well as a couple full size ones. Yum…

Was craving some real chocolate ice cream and was nearby so I stopped in here.
I’ve only had their dessert items, and their cookies and ice cream have always been good. I didn’t realize they also sell lunch things here too! Buying one of their giant cookies is on my food bucket list, one day you shall be mine!

Pretty obvious here. If you want some fresh baked cookies — here you go! They have the usual cookies like chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar, and a mix of others. They also make those huge cookie cakes for parties. There is also coffee drinks hot and cold, and hot chocolate.
Although the cookies aren’t always popping straight out of the oven, it’s a nice treat to grab and sit out on the outside tables and enjoy.

Nice spot to sit and have some cookies, chocolate and coffee. Needed a pick me up after dinner and the coffee was fresh and cookies were soft. Great customer service and the prices weren’t bad either. Will definitely come back. You can also order cookie cakes here
