When you first walk in you get this sterile feeling. They gave a lot of printers, paper, pens and pencils, binders, ink, copy service, etc. but looking at some of the prices, they seemed a little high. Not as big of a selection as I remembered their stores having from before. Maybe it’s the size of the store or maybe corporate is limiting what they carry in the stores and having people buy things on line instead. No one helped me if asked if I wanted help as I walked the whole store.

I have been coming here for years and have always been happy with their service, prices and selection. So what made me finally leave a review? Brian and Amanda in the copy and center went above and beyond today for me in a crunch! Brian was able to print up some complicated prints for me and gave them the special attention needed to make sure they’d come out just right. You know how some people say«Well, he’s alright in my book»? Well, I have a book and if you look in it, Brian and Amanda are ACES in my book. Keep up the good work and Happy New Year!

Having had an awful 5 – 6 customer service experiences at Office Depot downtown, I have to congratulate the print center at this office depot. I wish I had the girl’s name who helped me last time. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best options available for my prints for the best price. The staff here has always been very helpful.

P. S.S It is now August. We never did receive delivery on the two-drawer file. When we called in June to ask for our money back, the manager Mike, was very rude. He coldly stated«bring in your receipt» and hung up. No apology for the poor service, or weeks of inconvenience to us. He did not even say Goodbye. He just hung up.

I think they deserve a good review for being so helpful to me. I was having an interview near this Office Depot, and I FORGOTMYINTERVIEWFOLDER! There wasn’t enough time to go home and pick up my interview folder that contained printed resumes and other documents. I couldn’t show up to an interview empty handed. I had less than 20 minutes to solve this problem. Brian and Joe are my heroes. Brian patiently assisted me to locate a digital copy of my resume from a combination of flash drives and my phone, and Joe found me exactly what I needed to replace my interview folder. When I arrived at the check-out without barcode attached to the folder, Brian and Joe quickly found the SKU number and paged it over the intercom so I can get on the way fast. Great team work and Very quick-witted boys! I went back to thank them later, but they were off-duty by them. I’ll make sure that I’ll thank them when I get the job.

Really bad experience! Went in for a ton of copies, asked the staff questions that I got one liner not detail answers. Wasn’t sure what my copies were gonna cost and they wanted me to put money on a card that is non refundable plus I had coupon, they had no solution for this except for me to leave and go to fed ex office. Seriously disappointed, there was no service at all!

I have to admit that although they don’t have everything i need here, they have one of the most helpful staff. On my most recent visit, they pointed out everything I need. I also recommend you go here for your back to school supplies. This year, I took my list(You know the long list of needed school supplies) and just handed it to them. One of the employees literally did all the shopping for me, going isle to isle getting all the stuff. I know i paid a little bit more than say Walmart, but was in and out in 10 minutes. No way you could do that at the Walmart Zoo during back to school days.

If there is a good price in their weekly ad, it’s certainly worth the visit. It’s also worth a visit if you dread Wal-Mart and need to pick up a few office supplies or check off that back to school list. Otherwise, you can’t beat Wal-Mart prices on pretty much everything they have here.

Let me start with this statement: I do not like going to Office Depot stores. They usually are out of what I need, more expensive than their competition and their staff is generally awful. My most recent visit was not at all what I expected. I had to return a printer that was beyond their 14 day return policy. I called the store and they told me to call back and talk to the manager, Cynthia. I gathered my stuff and went down there when said manager was working and she accepted my return. While I think that a 14 day return policy is not cool to begin with, she did allow me to return my products without a hassle and was able to maintain my business as a customer. Thank you to Cynthia for making an Office Depot visit positive.
