I’ve used the PCS group for work a few times and let me tell you they saved the day — Several days for that matter! My work computer had a very nasty virus that wreaked havoc. They were able to repair it and recover my data with no harm done! I am more than impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were able to quickly fix my computer and did so for a great price. I’m very happy and plan on using them again if needed.

The gang here at PCS group are amazing! Bob, Ricardo and Steven are my offices IT guys now and they get the job done through and through with no complaints, great service, professionalism, patience and perfection! Ahhh — very nice computer geeks! I brought my laptop in because the dvd rom player wasn’t working and I imagined a big bill to buy a new part. In 5 minutes he showed me that my dvd player was disabled! YAY! No bill — just a smile and no condescension (?? Sp??) for a ridiculous rookie mistake!

I met Bob Garite through the SCV Concierge. When we needed some help with our computers I called Bob. One of his professional computer techs, Brett, showed up. Brett was on time, very efficient and fixed the problem. Later that week I received an invoice which we were happy to pay because of great overall experience. I would definitely recommend The PCS Group to either the small home/​office or the medium sized company with multiple locations. These folks know technology, are honest and great to work with.
