They said it will take 45 for delivery and my order came an hour and half later. I said no thanks and didn’t get an apology either. Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Bye bye pizza de Marco

I am not a fan of this place for a couple reasons(poor food quality and bad customer service), but if you are, please, please tip those poor drivers! That new delivery charge of 2 dollars goes right to that greedy owner!(I asked one of the sweet delivery boys.)

We ordered the large bbq chicken & a large Hawaiian pizza. I had asked for no cilantro on the bbq pizza, but when I went to pick it up there was cilantro on the pizza… so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for then to remake/fix my pizza. The Hawaiian was nice and cold by the time I got home. I got a free tiramisu desert for the inconvenience, but after paying almost $ 40…and getting home with one cold pizza and one hot pizza, I don’t think it was worth it. The staff inside was really nice, that’s a plus.

I work near this place and I was craving for some pizza but this place lost me as a potential regular today. I online ordered a Chicken Pesto Pasta with linguini pasta for lunch at around 11:17am for a delivery that had an estimated delivery time of 12:05pm. I received the order confirmation email and I was super excited for my lunch because I was STARVING and my order sounded delicious! When it was 12:27pm and my order has not come in yet, I called the restaurant to ask what had happened and they claim they never got my order. I checked my credit card statement online and saw that they charged me for the food!!! ARGH! I spoke with the manager on getting my money back. She said that she would call the main office to get my money refunded and that she would call me back at 2pm. I am writing this review at 4:28pm as she did not get this resolved and when I called back, the lady told me the manager left for an «emergency.» I would consider this pretty high priority to get this fixed before leaving or even to have the decency to call me back at 2pm like promised to tell me the status on this issue, resolved or not. I worked as a server for 4 years and a manager for 5 years after that. The owners I worked for would NEVER let this happen as customer service was their NUMBERONE priority. Whether the food is good or not(guess I’ll never find out), the management service alone will prevent me from EVER ordering from this place again and I will be telling my office mates about this as well. Too bad… I order lunch out almost everyday. Guess I would have to go back to my main RELIABLE delivery lunch spot, Jimmy Johns who does not ever fail me!

Our favorite local pizza place. Fast delivery and great pizza. Their tomato pizza sauce is the best, and cheese is great. So good that we usually just get a cheese pizza and enjoy the simple but great taste.

First time I ordered from here the pizza was great, it was cooked evenly and it tasted great. The second time I ordered here, we went big XL pizza, unfortunately the pizza was under cooked and it wasnt as good as the first time.

My new favorite pizza place. We loved it :) My bf is from the east coast and says this pizza is the closest thing he’s found to New York style pizza here in LA. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza.

Kinda underwhelmed on this place. While the place was cute inside and light, the service was not dynamite. I am not sure what the ladies problem was, but her personality was like that of a slug. We asked if they had pizza by the slice since one of us wasn’t that hungry and she took it like it was a cardinal sin to even ask such a thing. It isn’t that abnormal anymore. Anyway, the smallest was 6 slices so we went with that and a Calazone that had cream cheese instead of ricotta and it was terrible! It tasted like it was frozen and not a freshly made product. I asked for silverware and a knife specifically to cut the calazone and all she had was plastic which didn’t work out so well. I just found this place very so, so. I suggest other options might be better. If regret spending money there.

Decent food for the extremely cheap price. They usually take about an hour to get my order delivered to me, but I work down the street.

Delicious pizza & good selection of sandwiches & pasta, as well. Pizza Di Marco is our«go to» delivery restaurant — at least once per week. Their pizza is tasty & we like the sandwiches & pasta, too. Prices are very reasonable & delivery is fast. Give Pizza Di Marco a try, I think you’ll be pleased.

We have been coming to Pizza Di Marco in Valencia for well over 10 years, it never disappoints The pizza is the best we have found in all of the SCV as well as the San Fernando Valley. Crust is delicious and always perfectly cooked. Good quality mozzarella and plenty of toppings. The green salad comes with mozzarella and tomatoes, olives in the eventing and baby corn at lunch. Pasta dishes are pretty good too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. May be very casual but for the price, especially if you order one of the deals, it can’t be beat.

Cheesy cheesy cheesy and not in a good way. Each bite took about 3 minutes to chew the gobs of mozzarella. Crust was bland. I would have to say completely disappointed. Got the hot wings also and they were equally disappointing. The coating on the chicken was brand and a rubbery gooey mess. Antipasto salad was good and fresh. NOTEFORTHOSEWITHKIDS; no bathroom. No place to wash hands or for their tiny bladders to drain. This is the first time I rated a pizza place so low. I like many types of pizza but not theirs.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and salad last week for myself and some wings for my girlfriend. For over seven dollars, the chicken sandwich was probably the worst I’ve had, including every crappy airport sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Super-dry, low-quality bread, sparse amounts of shitty chicken and some low-grade, processed mozzarella cheese(the very same that was on my terrible salad). Overall, extremely bland and of such low quality that neither of us could finish our meals. Not getting this again, and I would advise others to do the same.

Tonight Pizza di Marco lost me as a regular customer. I ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni for my kids and the chicken pesto pizza for me and my hubby. The pesto pizza tasted bland and was — one word I can honestly say I’ve NEVER used to describe even the worst pizza — DRY! !!! Barely any pesto… Overcooked chicken, tasteless diced tomatoes and the crust — which normally is very authentic Italian yummy crisp outside and tender inside — was, yes… DRY. I reached over to get a slice of my kids’ cheese pizza, hoping to get a taste of the usual good Di Marco crust and tomato sauce I’ve gotten there before… But found the same dry tough crust and a rubbery mozzarella topping. There are far too many better pizza places around to go bak to Pizza di Marco. Sorry guys. But the pizza competition in Valencia has gotten pretty cut throat. My advice: rethink ur pizzas. Update. Test other places around u and see what they’re doin. Figure it out quick or ur headed for the end of ur biz. Ur gettin left in the dust!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to get a quick lunch. I ordered the Avocado & Cheese sandwich, which was about $ 7. The place was empty, so my food came out within 5 minutes. The sandwich was DELICIOUS! The bread was toasted & the cheese was melted. It had a lot of avocado slices & also tomatoes, lettuce, mayo & black olives. The owner was very friendly & when I got up & asked where the napkins were, he told me to sit down & brought them over to me. I will definitely be back here, & will be trying the pizza and pasta.
