I have being going to Elia for years. She is a breath of fresh air, also so friendly and sweet. She always listens to what I want and does a 100% great job. She’s very polite and professional. My husband also goes to her and he also is please with his haircuts. She’s always consistent and I know I will be happy. She’s also helpful with the condition of your hair and will make suggestions to improve your hair. I love that. Some stylist won’t bother taking the time with you. Great girl!!!

Megan is the best stylist there. My husband is very picky and he loves the way she does his hair so much he followed her from the Stevenson Ranch location.
Took my granddaughters and grandson to her and she was great with them.
So last month I tried her out and she put color on my roots and gave me highlights. I loved them.
Today I came back. She touched up color on my roots. She did an outstanding job. I will come back when my hair needs to be cut.
Love her bubbly personality.
So if you are looking for a well rounded stylist… See Megan.

I had a great haircut last week with Tiffany ! My hair was completely fried from bleaching it. She cut and layered it to where my hair is back to healthy and feels great! I can actually wear my hair down ! She’s great !

Been coming here for several years. I switched from the Supercuts on Newhall Ranch + Copper Hill when my stylist, Tera, transferred to another location. I must say, I picked up right where I left off. I’ve been coming to this location and going to Elia ever since. Elia is great. She knows what I want and delivers every time. She has a lot of loyal customers for a reason. She knows what she is doing and actually cares.
In the beginning, I did notice some turnover with the stylists, like one of the other reviews noted. But for the past couple years its been pretty consistent. There are the same core stylists in there. I also had Christine cut my hair a couple times when Elia was on leave and she did a great job too. The place is always clean and they treat their customers like they should be treated. If you’re looking for a new stylist, give this Supercuts a try.

Went back to this supercuts (as its down the street) and had the best haircut experience. Kristine was absolutely professional, listened to my wants and needs, executed my cut perfectly and most important to me, quickly. Thanks Kristine! I’ll be calling in an appointment for you next time.

If only I could give negative five stars. They BUTCHERED my hair. No ordinary person could do this bad of a job, it takes some special skill to butcher my low maintenance bob into the worst lopsided 70’s mullet so bad that when I went to a professional to fix it, he gasped in horror and could only do a minimal amount of damage control til it grows out. Do not waste one dollar in this joint you’ll have to live with it every day for several months.

I’m going to agree with Dan K. on the turnover situation. I really would rather not pay more than $ 20 for a haircut, and Supercuts and Fantastic Sams is really the only place that can make this happen any more. Its really depressing when you find someone who can really give a haircut… I mean REALLY know what they’re doing with a pair of scissors. And when you find that person, if it happens to be at Supercuts or Fantastic Sams, you really have to get their home address, cell number and a copy of their social security card to ensure you follow them wherever they go in three weeks after they quit.
After visiting Fantastic Sams, I came here to have my haircut fixed. THe girl did a decent job at fixing my A-​line cut and only charged me the kid’s price, which was like $ 14. I gave her a $ 20 and was out the door. I really appreciated her fixing the cut that the 18 year old girl, who appeared to be fresh out of beauty school had butchered.

This is our local branch. Like many men, I could give a rat’s ass about my hair, so it’s hard to give me a bad haircut. The worst thing about this place is the amount of personnel turnover. You find a gal you like and next time she’s gone. We had a somewhat regular gal — Marjan, taking care of our daughter’s hair for the last few years. But now she’s gone. :(
