what is wrong with T-Mobile and their customer service? I wrote a review for the Panorama City location and now for this location. Gael had this attitude like he was annoyed with me… Well dude I’m sorry for asking questions about the account. This is the last time I’ll ever have to deal with T-Mobile as I am switching over to Verizon!

We started going to the Tmobile store in the mall after having numerous bad experiences with the store in Stevenson Ranch. We have always had good service at this store; but, today, our sales associate, Shelbi, went above and beyond. Shelbi is not only adorable(she was wearing pink lipstick and sneakers to match her Tmobile shirt) and very sweet, she is very knowledgeable regarding the various cell phones and their capabilities. She not only made sure we found a cell phone that meets our needs at a reasonable price, she was very thorough with transferring our data to the new phone, installing the screen protector and case, and double checking that all the pricing came out correct(despite their technical issues with their store computers). Shelbi cares about her costumers and providing them with excellent service. We will continue to use this location for our cell phone needs and will request to work with Shelbi whenever possible.

Terrible. Phone was having problems and when I asked if I could get a replacement since I have insurance, I was told«You’re not getting a replacement phone» and that I should just buy a new phone. I went to another T-Mobile and they were able to give me a warranty exchange swapping my broke phone at no cost… they even told me that the other salesman probably just wanted to sell me a new phone! When I called and asked them why I was not told about the warranty exchange option, the salesperson fumbled then told me that he misunderstood all the while having a poor attitude. Even if he did misunderstand, which I doubt, that would have cost me $ 600! The other T-Mobile was really cool… this place(Valencia Mall) was terrible. Oh, did I mention they accidentally hung up on me the first time I called and I had to call back… I’m not saying all T-Mobiles are likes this, but the person I dealt with, John, left a sour taste in my mouth.

Had the best customer service here! Ask for Jackie! They survey you to make sure you’re choosing the right plan and definitely get you the best deal possible. Everyone I’ve encountered here have been very nice and helpful.

I love t mobile but i HATE this store! you go to ask questions and the sales guy is a complete idiot and doesn’t know his left hand from his right! He tells me to just call T Mobile. I’m like aren’t you T Mobile? Finally i had enough of wasting my time told him thanks for nothing and walked out! I’m now with AT&T.
