What a cute salon & spa. My normal girl that I go to wasn’t available and I needed my eyebrows done TODAY and I called hoping I could get in and boom, the guy at the front desk got me in within the hour. Angela was very welcoming and asked some questions before we started and they came out AMAZING. I definitely will be back again, especially for the facials she was telling me about.

Just happened to find this place via Unilocal and sure glad I did! They were so friendly and gentle, especially for my daughter. We defiantly will be back.

I have been doing my own eyebrows on and off for years! The only reason why I decided to get them done at this place is because I’m getting married next weekend. I’ve had horrible experiences… My eyebrows have been hacked by several different places and I let Angela know that. She talked me through everything she was doing and was very sweet! No pain at all compared to other places I’ve gone to and my eyebrows look absolutely PERFECT! The man at the front desk was very friendly too and everyone seemed professional. I plan to come back on a regular basis! Thank you thank you thank you!

Loved this place! A little tiny hole in the wall and you will miss this place if you blink.
I made the appointment with Natasha. She was fabulous! She listens to the client about what they want. She also helps give you tips and even showed me how to trim my bangs until my next visit.
I enjoyed talking to her the entire time. She can hold a conversation and make you laugh.
I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

My husband and I both love Angela and her staff! She’s kind and professional and knows how her stuff! She’s done our facials, brows, and spray tan. No complaints ever!

Angela is wonderful. I have thin, blonde brows that turn in to Cara Delevingne brows after I leave. :) She understands shaping, tinting, and is quite masterful at what she does. I would go more often if there was a points program to get the price down a tad bit. Great place! Highly recommend.

I got turned on to this hidden gem by a work friend. It took awhile to find the place as it’s in private area unlike your typical strip mall of neighborhood grocery shopping malls. The owner actually does all the facials and detailed brow shaping. She is driven to details and is very precise about her waxing and tweezing. I was amazed to see the instant improvement of my overall appearance after just one brow wax appointment. Angela, the owner, is good to make recommendations about make-​up and facial hygiene products that will work better for my skin imperfections. Not because she is trying to up sell me either, like most of the usually doctors offices and other places I’ve been to over the hill. My suggestion would be to make an appointment as she gets booked up and there is nothing worse then trying to do your own brows or letting some rookie do it when your pressed time trying to look good for a special event.

I see Angela to get my face detailed… meaning eyebrows ears, and nose.
Seems the older I get the more help I need.
Angela always takes care of me and although a blue collar guy and not so much into the metro look i always feel welcome and when I leave I’m dialed in.
I have recommended Angela to all of my friends and kudos to her staff for all the help.

I have been going to Angela since she opened the doors to The Brow Spa. It has always been a great experience! From the wonderful service to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend place to all friends and family!

I’ve been here three times. Angela does a pretty nice job on my eyebrows. I get a stange vibe when i come in this salon though, like I’m interrupting them or something. Twice I’ve scheduled an appointment yet the young man at the counter seems surprised when i show up at the appointed time. The waxing chair is in the middle of the room facing the waiting area which feels kind of exposed. Angela seems nice but doesn’t really try to make much conversation with me. Mostly she is engaged in conversations with employees or her friends who are sitting in the waiting area. Again, this isn’t bad just gives me a strange feeling… not unwelcome but not real warm and fuzzy either. The parking situation is not great here. Three spots are designated for Brow Spa but they are very tiny and usually full. I don’t mind parking on the street though and walking in. Less door dings that way anyway. I will try this place again and hope for a friendlier reception or livelier conversation.

Love Angela and her staff, she is very passionate at what she does, very professional yet very comforting, I recommend The Brow Spa to all my friends and family.

This is the place to go for a beautiful professional spray tan!
The owner is very talented in this skill and art, she applied a wonderful formula as well.

Another GREAT thing about Brow Spa is that Angela uses cruelty free products and is very aware of ingredients and prefers more natural products!
I would NOT really pay attention to some of the more negative reviews… some people can be so drama and extremely high maintenance. Try Angela for brows and facials you will not be disappointed!!!

Im sorry to have to do this because the people who work here are nice but I can never come here again.
This place is hit or miss, sometimes my eyebrows look good, other times they look awful. For this reason this was my back up place to get my brows done when my normal lady is too booked. Last time I went here was just awful. My eyebrows were plucked to death even though I have repeatedly said I dont like my eyebrows pencil thin. It is so horrible for me because I have spent over a year going to great brow waxers who have made my eyebrows perfect and now they are ruined. They were plucked so hard I had a cut and a bruise on my orbital bone. They are having trouble growing back properly and that has never happened before. I am scared my eyebrows will never be the same. this is actually really upsetting for me. I feel like I have to start all over.
I only gave 2 stars because they turned out ok a couple of times. Sorry

Don’t use this place. I took my teenage daughter here to get her brows waxed and shaped. The appointment was over before you could blink an eye. The end result… brows that did not even match in length (who does that?)…mis-matched arch, and a hole in one of the brows from over-​tweezing. My daughter noticed it in the car ride home. I offered to turn around and go back to try to get them fixed, but she refused saying, «…I never want to go back there again…»

I went a couple of times and although it was okay at the beginning the last time I went my right brow was a little over plucked to where I had to fill it in myself with an eyebrow pencil. I am sorry that it didn’t work out.

Best eyebrow waxer & spa that I’ve ever been too! Customer service is amazing and my eyebrows came out perfect! I’ve been to several places before and they have all disappointed me (painful waxing, uneven eyebrows, etc.)… But I’ve been going back to this place for over a year now and they’ve never let me down, and my eyebrows always turn out absolutely flawless! Thanks Brow Bar Spa!

I really wanted to like this place, because I’m a nice fella and give people chances, AND was recommended by a friend… But I had a chest wax there and I broke out all over… ALL over – massive and painful, but since I’ve never had one before, I can’t blame anyone specific. Maybe it was my body reacting?
Then I made an appointment for a spray tan until two of my friends told me that both their tans streak and ran off in the shower, even after waiting a full 24 hours. One also mentioned his legs were discolored and she just «quickly went over them to get him done and to her next client,» and I was appalled. Is customer service and satisfaction not important to people anymore?
Moving on… Sorry Brow Bar.

I was looking for a place to get my 2 year-​old. I have been to the place in Newhall and it was okay… But the Brow Bar is so much better! I made an appt that same morning. When I got there they were ready for my daughter and there was no waiting… and no screaming kids (unlike other kids’ salons). The place is decorated in a whimsical way… check out the silhouette pictures! Amanda listened to exactly what I wanted and then proceeded to make my daughter feel comfortable. They have a little TV for the kids to watch during the cut and a cute 50’s style car for the kids to sit in. Amanda created a cute style (see pic) & took the time to make sure it was perfect! Afterwards she gave my daughter a lollipop (she even asked if it was okay first!) and a balloon. All for $ 15 (for kids 12 & under)! I found a new place for kids cuts… will keep coming back for sure!
