Dr. Sadik and his entire staff are top notch! Finally found a knowledgeable pain Doctor! He actually listens to you when managing chronic pain. Incredibly smart very sweet and caring.

I’ve been treated for chronic pain by many institutes over the last 30 years. This Team of professionals, has been able to reduce and control my pain level, more than any other institute I have had the opportunity to work with.
I have had the pleasure of working with all of Doctors and most of there staff. Each of them are awesome, Caring Professionals.

I love them. Truly, with a horrible and painful disease I unfortunately have to see them often but I will say that with one exception (he will remain nameless) everytone there is great. In particular Jenn, Christine, Roxy and Rose are great. I couldn’t have made it through this and my surgery without them. If you are unfortunate enough to need them at least you know you are in good loving hands. When I win the lotto I am taking care of them. And btw… I am not an easy person to please. I’m kind of a jerk. the only thing I will say about UPM is that they get busy and there may be a bit of a delay from your appointment time. Being a professional with tight and critically scheduled calendar that can be difficult but I just plan my calendar around it. They are so wonderful that it’s a non-​issue for me.

I have been to see Dr. Villanueva several times for my migraine headaches. He has done absolutely nothing. I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for my Botox injections to get authorized and he had me take a balance test which I failed, but he’s done nothing about it. He filled out my disability forms and they were rejected because they were incomplete.
I don’t know about the other doctors at Universal, but this one is very green. Not sure if he even did an internship yet.
A total waste of time and money!
