One of those places that you may drive by and not think twice to stop in. Well, take the time and stop. They make fantastic donuts. Not frozen crap like at other chains. Yes you’ll pay a little more, but you gets what you pay for. It’s my go to donut joint when I travel north on 8.

Incredibly overpriced, tiny donuts that were dry and tasteless.

These donuts are incredibly delicious– slightly chewy and a little heavy. Best served warm! Every combination is wonderful, but my favorites are the chocolate with coconut and the blueberry with lemon. The owners and staff are very friendly — be sure to stop in!

I love that fact you can design your own doughnuts on site. They are well priced and taste great. I couldn’t find when they close, 1PM

This place has the best donuts around. We tried donuts in every combination, but I think our favorite was the vanilla donut with lemon icing and blue and yellow sprinkles. The word«amazing» does not do these donuts justice. Can’t beat warm donuts with delicious toppings and a good cup of joe on a crisp, fall Saturday morning. Definitely will be back to get donuts at this local hidden gem!

There’s a lot of long reviews here, so I’ll spare you that and just say that the donuts are delicious and the owner is a great guy who I spent 20 minutes chatting with the first time I went in. Highly recommended! If you live in the area, an haven’t been here, you are missing out!

It took me a while to actually get to this place when they were open. I have been there at 7:00 am and they were not open yet. I have to agree they do have delicious warm, fresh, donuts. However, I have gone in there and only had one person in front of me and they were still out of what I was wanting to try. I have gone here several times and they always seem to be out of something. They make them on such a small scale that they cannot keep up with the demand. It’s not like there is a line out the door. I have seen them keep some in a warming box of some kind, but they still seem to always be out of something. If you don’t have 15 or 20 extra minutes you might as well not even stop. They need to work on scaling there production up a bit, and have longer hours, for me to give them 5 stars.

Delicious donuts! We got a half dozen with 2 each of vanilla, blueberry, and chocolate. All of them were delicious. We got 3 filled with bavarian cream and we tried the vanilla, chocolate and maple icings and every combo was great. I’m not usually a fan of chocolate flavoring, but these chocolate donuts were terrific. The actual donuts themselves were delicious as well. It seems some cake donuts can be dry and some donuts really need the icing to make them good, but just eating these plain cake donuts by themselves would be perfect. They were sweet and airy. The icings were not too, too sweet and they were not too runny or too thick — just right. Good coffee too! We will definitely be back.

Amazing and well worth a stop. Your donuts will be warm and fresh if not hot off of the fryer. You have an endless amount of options on toppings and fillings. The customer service is second to none and they make you feel like you’ve been stopping for years. Do yourself a favor, take a dozen to someone who you want to make their day. You will not be disappointed!

What a yummy surprise! We stopped for some donuts on our way to Pittsburgh. The shop was clean and cheerful. The donut care professional explained how to select the donuts and how you can«personalize» your order. Our party of 6 ordered a dozen. It was fun to put the order together and even more fun to eat them. Try the cream filling. It’s ALL delicious.

Go there now!(Unless your reading this in the afternoon, in which case you’ll have to wait until tomorrow morning.) Valencia Donut serves light, airy cake donuts that are«dipped to order». After selecting which donut you want you then choose what toppings you would like. Their sign along the road says that there are 336 different combinations of donuts you can make. Frankly, I’m pretty plain when it comes to donuts, so I go with a vanilla donut dipped in vanilla icing. My wife is a little more exciting, and goes for the blueberry donut and vanilla icing. However, there multiple flavors of icing, sprinkles, coconut shavings, and even cream filled options to choose from. They actually fill the donut with filling after you request it, so you know it hasn’t been sitting there full of filling for who knows how long. If you go on a Saturday morning, which is when I frequent the shop, you will more than likely be getting donuts as they come off the conveyor belt. Today they were actually selling the donuts faster than they were being made. These donuts are not heavy and sugar laden like something you’d pull from the rack at the grocery store, nor are they mass produced like Krispy-Kreme, which always prided itself on having«fresh» donuts straight off the belt. Even those were a heavy, ultra-sweet donut. Valencia Donut donuts are different. Light, airy, fresh and hard to stop eating. You fill up before you ever get sick of them. And even then, you still want more.

Hands down my favorite donuts. Imagine a scrumptious, warm, freshly made-to-order donut that just melts in your mouth. Imagine no more, just come here! Seriously changed my view on donuts altogether! I am not a huge donut fan to begin with, but these are just delicious and I find myself always craving them. This is a small shop in a strip mall that is situated between 228E and 228W. Anytime I have gone there, it has been a 1 man show with the owner and he just loved his donuts and customers! He is always so nice and friendly and give suggestions on crazy, weird, and yummy combos. You want a chocolate donut dipped in lemon with coconut on top? Go ahead! I personally love the chocolate donut dipped in chocolate with coconut on top, but I love anything chocolate. Anyone who I have brought a donut to from here has fallen in love with them! They are simply irresistible and a must try!

Amazing donuts! Better than any others I have had. The owners are so incredibly friendly as well. Blueberry donut with maple icing! GREAT! The prices are too LOW! They have amazing products and should be charging more! Trust me, they have something special and it is well worth the extra dollar or two. Will be going back as soon as my diet is over ;)

Me and the hubby noticed this little piece of Heaven on Saturday for the first time. We were on our way to Butler and noticed it. We made a vow that we would stop if they were still opened when we were heading back south. They were opened and we stopped. They have MADETOORDER donuts. What an awesome idea!!! We got a dozen and were not disappointed. They have cake donuts and I have to say they were so warm and moist. No dryness here. We will definitely go back. I am not a huge donut fan either but I have to say… WOW! They had blueberry cake donuts… who does that? We coupled that with their lemon icing and walnuts… wow! Terrific!!! We also tried a variety including chocolate with chocolate and chocolate jimmies and vanilla with vanilla icing and rainbow jimmies and the vanilla with maple icing and walnut topping. I have to say if you pass this gem at any point in your travels it is worth it to stop in and give them a try. They were terrific!!!

After driving past this new donut shop this morning, I had to do a u-turn and come back to check it out. It’s a very simple place. No frills, but good donuts. They only offer cake donuts, but not the dense, often dry type of cake donut that you may be thinking of from other places. These cake donuts are unique — they’re risen quite a bit before baking which results in a lighter, almost airy quality to the center like you get with the typical risen and fried donuts. But these donuts are a little healthier because they’re baked, not fried. Their menu is listed on a chalkboard. Today they had three donut choices — vanilla, chocolate or blueberry and many toppings to choose from. Each donut is created custom when ordered. They take the plain, fresh out of the oven warm donuts, dip them in the glaze or sugar of your choice, and add any toppings that you want. Today they offered vanilla glaze, chocolate icing, maple icing, lemon glaze, sugar, cinnamon sugar, coconut, rainbow or chocolate sprinkles, and chopped walnuts. All of the toppings are included in the $ 1(including tax) per donut individual price. They were less expensive if you purchased a ½ or whole dozen. I had a vanilla donut with chocolate icing and coconut. It was very good! One of my sons had a blueberry donut with lemon glaze — also highly recommended. And, my youngest son had his usual chocolate donut with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles. Fun donut store for my kids who loved customizing their donuts!
