I used to love Kindercare and have been a loyal customer since 2010 but recently had a very bad experience with Tina the supervisor at this Kindercare. After I spent over $ 800 since December getting myself in good financial standing with them and enrolling my 2 children so I can attend school and work, and putting in countless hours of work to get CCRC funding for them, she terminated our services within a few hours notice. There was an issue with the funding from CCRC and my hours with the new quarter at college, so CCRC stopped my funding pending a class schedule printout that was sent in. I was waiting on CCRC to finish it’s paperwork, and she had to only wait no more than a business day for what was owed. She personally called her district manager and got our services terminated. She is a heartless and greedy representation of how Kindercare rips off needy single mothers trying to make it in life. Now we are left with no notice whatsoever to scramble for day care services within a business day.

I absolutely love this place! My daughter started attending here in October 2011 and I see how much my 2 year old has thrived since then. I only have one child so I originally wanted her to socialize with kids her age and educationally be prepared for school as she gets older. My daughter attended part-time so at first when Ava started, she had separation anxiety in which it prolonged for about 6 weeks and staff members made sure to update me when I continuously called on a daily basis to see how she was doing. Slowly but surely after 3 – 4 weeks, I was confident enough that I didn’t need to call Kindercare anymore for updates. At the end of each day the teacher would give you a daily report of activities your child did, what was for lunch, how much they ate, how long and when they took their naps. etc. AMAZINGRIGHT? There was only a couple times I didn’t get a report but after some communication, there hasn’t been any issues since. They also help with potty training and getting use to using the toilet. On the daily report, they also keep track of when and that time your child uses the potty. Kindercare also offers an extra curriculum class which Ava attended the cooking class this month, she absolutely loves it! Ava’s teacher is Mrs. Angela, she is fantastic and is always on top of things. I sincerely am going to miss her as my daughters’ teacher once she grows to be in the 3 year old group. Soon after I am going to miss Kindercare in general at the rate Ava is growing. This is for all Kindercare Centers: As for tuition, they have a price list of basically a break down of how many days you would like your child to attend and for X number of days as half or full day attendee. If your child is sick and doesn’t attend for that week, there is a «reservation fee» to pay instead of the full week tuition cost. I didn’t know this until after the fact so I’m communicating this to you readers out there. There is no such thing as «make up days», for example if your child usually attends 3 days out of the week and came for only 2. your still entitled to pay for the 3 days and cannot«make up» that one day your child didn’t come. But if you already know in advance that she/he is going to be absent on a day, you can ask if your child can come on a different week day that your child usually doesn’t attend instead, which rarely is an issue. Pros and cons but the pros definitely has the upper hand. I hope this helps you parents out there. Certainly other schools with cheaper tuition exists but this place is worth every penny. With my experience being a first time mother, I cannot express the love and experience Kindercare has given me to allow someone else to care for my child. I trust them to help and nurture Ava as though I would care for her. I highly recommend this facility!
