This place should be shut down. My 81 year old mother with Alzheimers was neglected. The staff is Rude and not caring. If your loved one is here. Get them out. My mom now is in a much better place. Enter at your own risk in this dump!!!

This hospital is horrible. You better have all of your facilities if you are a patient there.
Nurses are mean and uncaring. The aids make fun of everyone behind their backs. People are getting fired left and right. They lose your paper work. Two nice people, an aid named Abdul and a physical therapist. You have to check on the patient and make surprise visits constantly. Check your paper work because they will mess up! I hate them!

My aunt received very poor care at the Hebrew Hospital Home. The staff was lazy, rude and unprofessional. Worst of all, they did not attend to her safety. A nursing aide failed to lock her wheelchair and she had a dangerous fall. It was appalling.

There was not enough staff to properly care for my father. He would wait over an hour for someone to get him in or out of bed. My father also got two infections there in a week therefore they are not keeping it properly clean. I hear it was recently bought and the staff was severely cut.

Our family did not find this facility to be able to provide safe or adequate care. We found it to be unclean and not properly staffed. We found that administration did not return our calls. When ordering from the patient’s menu they said they ran out out of listed items; thye did not have the activities they listed. The bathroom was dirty and did not fit a wheelchair. There was also broken equipment. The staff was very unprfessional and unfriendly. They did not provide therpay that the doctor ordered.
