Let me start by saying that I was a returning customer. I was very happy with my previous experience with this business and had hoped to have the same experience again. It had been about 4 – 5 years since I was in there last. I’m just beginning a whole house redecorating and am planning to recarpet the entire house. I was starting with a simple remnant area rug to be bound for my family room. I went in, found what I needed, and was quoted a price. I agreed to the price and was told I would be contacted when it was ready for pick-up. I received a call the following morning saying that she had miscalculated the total for the rug, and it was going to be slightly more. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and agreed to the newly stated price, and set a date for pick-up. The very next day I received yet another call saying once again that she had miscalculated the cost of the area rug, and this time it was going to be $ 105. difference. Needless to say I cancelled my order. In my opinion they should have honored the price quoted to myself, their customer, and dealt with their employee. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new flooring store to do the rest of my house.
