Had to go back twice to get laundry because they don’t always staff. Almost had to lose all
my laundry because of their poor management since I was passing through in an RV. Be very wary of leaving your laundry and expecting to pick it up.

I’ve been coming in here for the last three months and the machines are all brand new, very clean and big facility of course it will get busy for weekends because people works on weekdays. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and cleaning constantly and they will help you if needed great place to have your laundry done. My experiences in here so far it’s been great I can’t complain at all.
Note:Come in very early morning on weekends clean and quiet!

I don’t care about customer service because I’m going there to wash clothes not cupcake with the attendant. It’s CLEAN, has hella machines and it doesn’t smell. There’s a place down Tennessee that smells like feet and always has animal hair in the washers or a stuck on cigarette odor in the machines. It ‘s CLEAN, has all new machines and easy to get in and out with plenty of parking.

I abhor laundromats but my husband and I have this huge king-​sized fluffy comforter that won’t fit in our washer at home and it needed laundering so off we went. This place was refreshing. Super clean, high tech, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I will be back for my comforter and won’t feel sketchy at all there should the need arise in the future for me to have to use the laundromat.

My washer recently broke and waiting for a replacement. I have to do the one thing I hate the most go to a laundry mat but this trip was different. Very clean good prices to me the fact that I don’t know average prices. No one bothered you and it wasn’t busy which I loved with my small child. If I ever need to do laundry again I’ll be back.

I was laughing so hard as I read the reviews. Yes, the place is clean, and yes, there is free wifi, but no, the dryers are not free. The attendant is a far cry from «friendly.» She scuffed about, listening to headphones, never smiling or making eye contact with the customers. Later, when a second employee came in, they argued with each other in front of everyone.
They only have the large format, front loading washers, which I don’t like (I feel like they cannot hold as much as they claim). The prices are HIGH, I paid $ 3 more than I usually do for the same amount of laundry and much of it was still damp. My clothes do not feel or smell clean, and, to top it off, some of my clothes got bleach on them even though I don’t use it. I didn’t bother to complain to the «friendly» staff – I just threw my wet clothes in the car and got out of there quick as I could.
Don’t go here.

Still prefer this laundromat over others in the area but the last two times I’ve been here the attendant is closing aisles for mopping when it’s hella busy. Telling you not to use an entire row of washers or hassling you when you want to get your loads out. Not only that but they use 4 carts to block the aisle and those things are like gold… I know the attendants are just trying to keep the place clean but they really should come up with a better process for this. Especially on the weekend when everybody and their mama is trying to do their wash…

Me and my wife just moved from LA to the bay area (vallejo) and this laundromat is affordable and the vicinity is clean. The lady that works here was very helpful and informative. We found our new laundry spot!

I come here to wash (my washer at home is broken) and I dry at home but if I have a lot of clothes then I dry here. I like this place, it’s close to my house, there’s always an attendant here, it’s clean and since they opened they’ve had a couple promotions like right now u too Saturday dry free if you’re a loyalty card holder. To wash is about 21 minutes. I also like that it’s next to Grocery Outlet, while I’m waiting I just walk around the store.

I hate doing laundry with a passion but being that this place is new… AND that there is free wi-​fi, it helps make this annoying chore a lot more bearable.
Just FYI, you have to get their laundry card from one of the attendants in order to be able to pay for your laundry with a credit card. It basically works like a gift card where you load your funds onto the card. Every time you do laundry, it will deduct the cost from the balance on the card. It’s so much better than having to lug around a bag full of quarters. If you’re a frequent guest, then you accrue points which lets you to use the dryer for free, which is a nice bonus.

Clean, and I love that it takes credit cards! These are all new machines and actually get my clothes dry :)
No one really likes going to the laundromat but at least here they have wifi!
