I was seen on time and The doctor was good at explaining things and what our plan is. My experience with the front counter lady was pleasant and i got no attitude from her. Except when she said she wasnt a fan of tattoos!(im covered lol)

Dr. Eldredge was great with my son! He not only drew the cool foot upside down on paper for him, but he also explained things in a way that my then 9 year-old son understood as his treatment plan. My son plans to continue seeing Dr. Eldredge as his feet get bigger and his podiatry needs get a little more complex.

I have gone twice to see Dr. Eldridge. Instead of offering me bunion surgery– he says he wants to do more conventional methods first. And I am getting inserts. The front desk lady, was friendly on the phone and in person was not out right rude, just not what you expect a front desk person to be. She rooms the patients for him too… maybe to save money on a MA? He’s got a bunch of very unfashionable footwear in his waiting room. He is young for a podiatrist, but his mannerisms are that of someone older. The last visit I had he was not even in the room more than 5 minutes, and did not look at my feet. He told me to come back in a month once I get my inserts. That was what I wasted my co-pay on? In his defense, the first visit he spent more time with me and did a cool up-side down drawing on the little disposable paper where you place your feet. He explains things well– if you ask him the right questions.
