Do Not Use! Buyer Beware! The owners English abilities correlate to your dissatisfaction. The less satisfied you are the less English he speaks. He is unwilling to write out services agreed upon other than a few scribbles on a receipt so when you return because the services agreed upon weren’t performed he can play dumb and request more money for what you originally paid for. He is moving soon and I don’t blame him. Dissatisfied customers are constantly returning while he’s attempting to take your money.

This place is terrible. So much clutter and computer parts all over the place, there is barely any room to walk. Everything is overpriced, I always come in to check on how much he offers on a product, then I turn around and leave and buy the same product off Ebay for a much better deal. Plus I think the store owner tries to get over on people who have little to no knowledge of computers. This store just has a completely negative vibe.

The place is small, messy, a lot of PC parts lying around… most of them really old. I don’t mind places like this, especially if they are locally owned businesses, but people who are obviously trying to rip you off… Epic fail! A gentleman tried to sell me an ATI crossfire bridge for $ 25 he had in hand. I offered $ 5 at most and asked bluntly where he found that outrageous price. He stated ebay and he actually invited me behind the counter to look at it on his PC. The gentleman searched for a crossfire«cable» which the price did match his $ 25 offer, but I wasn’t looking for a cable and he just showed me the bridge…(thought this was getting interesting) giving him another chance, I correct him right away about the difference between the cable and the bridge. He does a second search for the item the prices were still high, $ 15 minus -$ 1 or -$ 2 which baffled me. At this point a customer walks in as he rushes me away from his PC before I can verify his search and assures me its the cheapest then helps the customer. I pull out my iPhone and did my own search on the ebay app, like i did the night before and show him my results of $ 3 to $ 6 with free shipping for the later. He was not happy, insisted that his prices are best and it came directly from the manufacturer brand new, then refused to look at my phone any further. At this point I know he is lying. Amazing part is he then offers me $ 20 or $ 15 for the item and states that we can negotiate the price… amused and a little upset already I offer up my original price $ 5! He tells me to leave. WOW! I go straight to my mom’s place and ordered the damn thing on ebay. It would’ve been nice to have the item on hand right away and I love supporting local businesses but places like these just turns me off. Little FYI… Crossfire bridges are not sold separately, they usual only come in with your new video card you’ve purchased and if anyone tells you it’s straight from the manufacturer brand new is being deceptive.
