This is the second time I was referred to this facility, the first time I thought they were rude & following directions, the professional that treated me was very fixed on her ideas, after the second time I asked to be seen in Benicia, total different experience.
Today I was referred again, I was late, the receptionist (M.) made sure I knew it, she also said «Did you get the phone calles about you needing to be on time, 20 minutes before») I apologized and asked if I needed to reschedule or fine a different provider… her suggestion was that it was Up to me… I Did not felt they had my best interest and my business
I will NOT RETURN here.

Amy as well as Ann have treated me at this facility and are both great at what they do! They both are athletes and listen to your needs. All of the staff at this facility is great and really work towards healing you.
