Julius is the man! This review is long overdue. My son and I have been with Julius since he opened over about 11 years ago. My son has been getting cut up by him since he was 1 year old. He usually has a wait but it is worth it.

I would have given a five star rating, but my husband came in for a haircut at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, and the hair stylist working said she was working on her last head and was not taking another. My husband gives generous tips… your loss, and he is possibly not returning as a client.

I just moved from Florida and I was receiving some of the worst haircuts ever all over vallejo until I found this place. Julius and Angelo are on point with there cuts. I am glad I found this place and highly recommended this shop

Love this place. I moved to Vallejo from Los Angeles in January and after visiting a few barber shops in the area and being disappointed by the cuts I finally found Headliners. The first time I went in Julius took care of me and had my hair looking just like the barber that I had been going to for years back home would leave it. The next time I went in Angelo took care of me, and I’ve been going to him ever since. They are both great barbers but when I go in Julius always has a line and Angelo takes care of me right away. I can now call him my barber in my new town. He gives me a great cut and will even trim down my beard for me, all for a great price. I always leave the shop feeling fresh after getting my cut. I know that finding a new barber is one of the most stressful situations about moving to a new town, and I would highly recommend Julius and Angelo to any newcomers to Vallejo.

Sydnie Biannca is my go to! When I need an idea or just say do something creative she’s got it already made up in the back of her mind. She has been cutting my hair for about 6 years now. Now she cuts my daughters hair and my son is about ready to get a fresh fade. She even now cuts both my sisters hair. She can work with any type of hair and you will come out loving it!!! So moral of my review… Go to Sydnie! She is AMAZING! =]

THE place to get a smoove ass haircut in Vtown. Definitely recommend Angelo, very good barber. Not to mention it ain’t hella ghetto, and the marinas down there

We go to the shop on Springs Road. The environment is clean and the barbers are great. I take my sons there exclusively. Whenever you want to look your best, this is the place to go.

Professional and courteous! Not to forget good work. Going into a male dominated barber shop is not always the most comfortable environment, especially for a woman. EVERYONE HERE IS SO NICE. I would recommend them highly and will return myself. Allane is awesome! So is the other staff.

Allane was very good and precise I said if you mess up my hair especially my lining. Then I consider it a bad cut and he did good still left a little to much on top. But I’ve seen worst but he did good on my lining compared to his old classmate.
He also took care of my facial all for a damn good price. It was exactly to c what pay back home IL/​IN and I tipped him even bad barbers I tip.
But Allane was far from bad I’m very happy and can’t wait to show It off to my coworkers. I got compliments when I cut my own hair.
Very solid barbers here now I gotta drive 40 mikes back home so worth the trip.

I’ve been here twice as of the posting of this review. I have had my hair cut by two different barbers, and they have both done an amazing job. I will definitely keep coming back, they do the cut I request, and charge a fair price. It’s got a relaxed atmosphere as well, which I dig!

I’ve been getting my haircut at headliners for more than 8 years now. Julius is the best barber in town! He is on point, knows his craft and very accommodating and professional. The people in the barbershop are friendly and always makes you feel like family. I will never go anywhere else for my haircut and I highly recommend this barbershop. Julius is the BEST!!!

Been going here since 2001 when we first moved to Vallejo but started at the Springs Road location. Chopped off mine and my Son’s hair here then been coming back every other week since. Jules is my main barber and family really. Barbershop atmosphere to the fullest, with quality cuts. I go here for a simple cut and sometimes change it up but nothing else too spectacular like designs; maybe for my Son sometimes but rarely. If we ever move back to the City, I’d still come here for my biweekly cut.

Ive been going here for a couple of years and I still have no complaints whatsoever. If youre looking for barbers with experience, then look no further

Julius is one of THE best barbers I’ve ever paid to cut my hair. I lived in NYC, around the Bay, Sacramento and San Diego. He’s definitely «top shelf» material. Julius is always on point when I explain a new hairstyle and am attempting to change things up. All the barbers in the shop are extremely skilled and make you feel welcomed. Sometimes I sit around the barbershop AFTER my haircut just to chop it up. I even convinced my dad to roll through. Most definitely recommended.

I give them a two because the staff is nice. My son of 4 needed a hair cut and this place is great if you want a fade but don’t ask for something other then a fade because they wouldn’t know what your talking about. I try to explain to them that I’m trying to grow out his hair and what I got was uneven on the top and clean edges. Not a happy costumer.

I was looking a great local barber and came across the Unilocal page for this business. I was driving to a Sacramento barber for a while. I called and asked for Lamar and he gave me an appt for the next day. Great conversation and professional atmosphere. While in the chair, I watched Julius cut a walk in and he did an excellent job on the customer. Lamar was thorough and precise. In summary, I loved my haircut and will be back.

Best barbershop in town. Julius is like a modern day Picasso with clippers. Don’t believe me? Give them a try… it might just change your life.

Great barbershop. Fun and family friendly. Julius cuts my hair and does a damn good job at it. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Julius being a Filipino barber cut my hair better than any Otha BROTHA. Dude can cut Donald trumps hair and have him lookin right. Jon & Christian are very good barbers as well. Everybody’s hella funny in the shop. Always a good time. My sister is very comfortable bringing her kids in here which is rare for a barber shop. The mix of people make this shop great too. Not one type of any person.
Just an FYI Christian over on springs road works very well with small children. So send them over his way. He’s something like «the kid whisperer» tell him zac sent ya.
