My problem isn’t with the staff at the metro store. The products that they offer aren’t cheap… and is of poor quality. I’d rather pay a few more dollars, then have something sold to me that doesn’t work 5 days later. I purchased two home chargers from this store, I got home… attempted to use one, it didn’t work ATALL. I had my receipt. took it back, received another. Now 5 days later, BOTH chargers are faulty. and guess what? After 3 days. u can’t return the merchandise, even though it’s faulty. So my advice for metro. Please change the manufacturers. I believe in quality over quantity. cheap isn’t always the way to go. At the moment, I have to call the regional. or corporate store and talk to them. because I will NOT drive 40 miles to be told something that may piss me off.
